I grew up in Minnesota and am very much still a midwesterner. I'm also half Canadian, so obviously I'm nice. I've been out east for 10 years, was an Econ and psychology major at Williams College (was almost an art studio major focusing on photography, fun fact). I also played hockey and golf there. I work in finance now and have been at my company for 4.5 years. I love what I do and where I work!
Let's see, random facts??
I played hockey for 22 years, I have a 1 handicap in golf, I've never seen the movie Titanic, I don't mind watching chick flicks, I was adopted and got shipped from Oregon to Minnesota (via UPS ground shipping) when I was two days old (they just cut holes in the box), I tried to throw a yo-yo away once, it was impossible, I dont mind freckles and have a few myself, I like Mitch hedberg and Louis ck, I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it, I really want to be in the audience of an infomercial, I'm skeptical of pharmacies and their ability to fill any prescription in 10 minutes. I think they're all tic-tacs.
I am usually up for anything that sounds fun or interesting, even some things that don't.
Ask me anything, and I might answer sarcastically at first, eventually I'll always tell you the truth. Making jokes and laughing is hands down my favorite thing to do. However, I know when it's time to be serious. I am very motivated, work hard, have a job I love and care about the important things in my life. I can always put things in perspective, and I don't sweat the small (or medium) stuff. I will always try to understand where someone else is coming from before interjecting.
If you're honest, have a sense of humor and are always willing to go on adventures, then let's get started.
Oh, and last thing.. if you can tell me where this quote is from: "And secondofly, I know you're the big "marriage expert", oh wait, that's right, your wife is dead... " We'll get along just fine! And if not, I'll introduce you to one of the funnier TV shows!
