Being a child of both coasts, east and west. Kind of how I live my life, somewhere in between. At the moment, ready to move back west. This winter has been painful! The time is coming to leave NY in the near future and move on to a calmer life. Ready for the ocean, mountains and desert to be my playground again. 3 days off and a car....pick a direction! I miss those days. Have loved NY and she has given (and taken) what I needed but now is time to stop sprinting.

Making others feel like they are the only one in the room. Calming people down and lifting others up. Self reflection (not in a self absorbed way). Critical thinking as well as the abstract. Listening to others perspective and finding a common ground. Knowing when to be sweet and tender. Knowing when to be focused and steadfast. I would prefer sweet and tender a little more often but, gotta do what you gotta do.

lately, simplifying my life

You find "dating" strangely unnatural. Currently, I am looking for men to have as friends right now. I miss the less complicated days of just having people to go hang out with. If something romantic sparked from your friendship it was because of a natural progression. You should be the same in that regard.

O' your not afraid to look at a person in the eyes when you talk to them. Regardless, of how you think it may be interpreted. I just find it just polite. Also, sometimes I feel like I can't hear if I can't see. Stupid iphones (can never hear anyone) and I live in a loud ass city!
