My self-summary Propose an edit

I'm a senior at OU, have too many siblings to count, and love spending time on my front porch swing. I drink coffee religiously, in any form (cold, hot, it doesn't matter). I think it should have its own place on the food pyramid. Right now I'm recovering from a knee injury that kept me home most of the summer. Needless to say, I read a lot of books, and made pro on all the Wii sports (except boxing, I can't seem to get anywhere with that one). I love music and play piano and guitar. Now and then I torture my puppy with the harmonica (I just started learning! She hates it...)

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

Finishing my degree in English Writing. After that, who knows? I'm thinking about grad school or teaching English in Japan. Eventually I want to be an editor (books, not newspapers).

On a more serious note, I have to read a lot of philosophy and literary theory for my classes, so I spend a lot of time with Plato (anyone want to talk about The Republic and Anti-Intellectualism?), Derrida, Hegel, and the like.
