My Self-Summary
First of all, I've never been very good at describing myself. I can
say that I'm usually lost in thought {Dreamer}. I'm a fairly
reserved person {Stoic}, normally, but I like a good party from
time to time {Social} ... and I love a great party whenever I can
find it {Butterfly}. I 'm the kind of person who feels almost
worthless if I can't help someone out {Co-Dependent}, especially
those I care for {Co-Dependent}. Now, if I can just figure out how
to help myself out {Co-Dependent} ... There's so much in this life
to experience {Taste-Tester}, it's difficult to find the time and
opportunity to do it all {Procrastinator}, though that doesn't mean
I haven't tried, or won't try {Experimenter} ... and sometimes I
just can't help myself {Easily Tempted} ...
What I’m doing with my life
...is following my passion for musical creation. I'm going to
school for sound engineering while playing
producer/promoter/engineer for this awesome collaborative effort
known as the dotmatrix project. I make money by running sound for
shows, being a doorman for shows, or in whatever way I can that
involves music. I figure the best way to be a musician, at least
for me, is to immerse myself in all possible aspects of the
industry.
I’m really good at
... organizing things for people. I can get dangerously close to
being obsessive-compulsive about order (even though I'm secretly a
fan of chaos). I've been told by friends and strangers alike that I
have a good ear for mixing music (basically, organizing sounds). I
am an excellent listener. I was a bit of a math nerd in grade
school.

... tends to be my hair, or my smile. People have a tendency to
remark on my mood...often....very often...

I spend a lot of time thinking about
...my life in this universe. A thousand different questions are
usually running through my mind. Sometimes they're all about money
- how will I afford this, that, and the other. Sometimes they're
all about time - will I be able to do whatever I need to in the
time I have available. Sometimes they're all about relationships -
who are my friends, who might be something more than a friend, etc.
On a typical Friday night I am
... probably at some local venue hanging with friends while we
check out some live (original) music. Or I might be running sound
for a show. Otherwise I'm hanging out at my favorite local coffee
shop until they close and then finding some friends to chill out
with.
