My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Take a shadowy flight into the dangerous world of a man who does not exist. I am a manager at a non-profit thrift store. Also I'm a world famous cryptozoologist. I like to go running and ride my bike. I bake lots of cookies and cakes.

I grew up on a farm in upstate New York, But I prefer to live in the city, mostly because I don't like to drive. I spent my summers putting in hay and my winters putting in wood, so when I wear a flannel I'm keepin' it real, not like these other posers in the mission.

As previously stated I work in a thrift store, so I have tons of crap, TONS.

I am funnier than you, unique, and baking
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
trying to kill Aquaman (laughs maniacally, a laugh that is bone-chillingly evil, yet somehow delightfully infectious)

and trying to make my bike glow in the dark

Making camp-fires in my backyard
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Baking things involving peanut butter and chocolate. OH and sometimes bananas. I make great iced-cream too, and french fried potatoes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
favorite books: "The Sound and the Fury", "A Brief History of Time", "Lolita", "Cosmicomics", and "The Road". right now i'm mostly reading nonfiction, "no logo", noam chomsky, fast food nation, etc. my favorite books on tape include the David Sedaris box set, John Hodgman's "the Areas of my Expertise" (I really appreciate John Hodgman in all mediums), Philip K. Dick' "A Scanner Darkly" and "I am America and so can You". oh and occasionally I'll read a comic if one catches my eye at the thrift (X-men's my favorite probably because of the nostalgia it evokes, but I also enjoy The Walking Dead).

Movies: Terry Gilliam, Wes Anderson, The Coen Brothers, The Sanitarium Under the Sign of the Hourglass(that's my pretentious film school pick), ghostbusters (the first one, that sequel was bullshit). I'll watch almost any sci-fi movie (I blame that on my father, he raised me on it). Anything with a Rifftrax.

Music: All kinds; talking heads, pixies and Neil Young always favorites. I've grown to love music with a bluegrass influence such as the Be Good Tanyas, Okkervil River, and Steve Earle. Currently T. Rex and Big Star are getting a lot of play as well. Plus really cheesy stuff like meatloaf (again my father is to blame here, I was the only second grader who knew all the lyrics to "Bat Out of Hell"). I like to be open-minded when it comes to music.

Food: Anything with chocolate and peanut butter, OJ, Bananas, dosas from Vik's and anything I make myself. My new favorite thing to make is Pot Pie, I made my first one a couple weeks ago and it's becoming an important part of my repertoire.

Television: Futurama!!!, Cosmos (Carl Sagan is hypnotic) Arrested Development, The Wire, lost. I also enjoy NOVA and BBC Horizon. I think Louie is genius, so surreal and dark.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My Iphone
2. My house in the Hamptons
3. My Ron and Nancy Reagan puppets from the 80's satirical show "Spitting Images"
4. My baseball team comprised entirely of hamsters
5. My nuclear stockpile (hey, the second amendment says I can have it. What if India tries to break in my house. I'd need to defend my property.)
6. My Large Hadron Collider

Wait a second! I just realized I have none of those things. My God, I have nothing to live for! NOTHING!

Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
