I am friendly-like, fantabulawesome, and on fire AHHHH!!...

My Self-Summary

I'm 26, from Sacramento. I am a complete nerd, I like video games movies and comics I also enjoy reading and writing. I am not a gym rat, and I don't really plan on becoming one.

I guess I am here because I'm tired of these mundane hook-ups I get with other websites out there. I want something real, something passionate, something that will last for a long time. I don't expect to find my husband on the first or second date, but I tend to be extremely heart-on-sleeve and optimistic when I like someone I've been out with only a few times.

I am a head strong individual, I never back down when I feel like I'm in the right, this usually causes problems with me and others. I also stand up for others when I think things are messed up (much to my own detriment).

What I’m doing with my life

I'm currently a flight attendant (which I love) I travel the Pacific North West taking people to little bumps in the map that happen to have an airport in them. I really enjoy not being yelled at for talking too much while working. I'm also very active in trying to make my workplace a safer and more supportive of it's employees.

I hope to someday finish a novel, I've been writing one for about 6 months, that I have been compiling notes on for at least 3 years. So far I am at 20 pages... I hope to reach my goal of "Complete idea with 150 pages" someday. I don't know if I'm a great writer, but even if I just complete it and it goes into some publisher's trash bin, I will feel like I have accomplished something great with my life.

I’m really good at

Listening, I love to hear what people say.

Talking, I love to tell people everything about me, I tend to not have such discretion, I'll tell you bad things about me as easy as the good stuff.

Being my own fan club, if you don't think you're awesome who else will?

The first things people usually notice about me

I dunno, you'd have to ask them.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Books:
"The Stranger" by Albert Camus
"Anthem of a Reluctant Prophet" by Joanne Proulx
"Lamb" by Christopher Moore
"Fairest" by Gail Carson Levine
The Sookie Stackhouse Novels by Charlaine Harris
"Peony in Love" by Lisa See
"The Hollow Chocolate Bunnies of the Apocalypse" by Robert Rankin
"Tithe" by Holly Black
"The Zombie Survival Guide" by Max Brooks

I do read a lot and these are just ten books I could think of that I really really REALLY like!

Movies:

Little Shop of Horrors (Evil plant with singing)
Ginger Snaps (is that your period or are you a werewolf?)
Go (drugs raves guns and... Katie Holmes?)
Fido (boy and his zombie movie)
Kill Bill (How many people can an insane Uma Thurman kill?)
Jackie Brown (Pam Grier... nuff said)
Labyrinth (David Bowie + Muppets = Best Movie EVER!!)
The Doom Generation (What the heck just happened?)
Sin City (Stylized movie, stylized blood)
Run Lola Run (Like a 2 hour german music video)

I do own about 200 movies, so these are just my recent favorites.

Music:

"Funhouse" Pink
"whitechocolatespaceegg" Liz Phair

Dead Like Me (cancelled)
Invader Zim (cancelled)
Drawn Together (cancelled)

There's a reason I stopped watching TV, everything i like gets cancelled, but i do have an addiction to any Bravo VH1 reality show...

Food: Cheeseburgers!!

The six things I could never do without

Friends,
Family,
Comics,
TV,
Video Games,
and myself!

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Anything from what would make a good comic book character all the way up to what happens after we die.

On a typical Friday night I am

Either working or holed up drinking beer playing video games.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I'm not sure if I'm scared more by the idea of being a failure, or a success.

You should message me if

you are someone real, no BS, I don't care for it, if you are not being real, how can you expect real change to happen in your life?
