My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I live for music, especially soul music. I'm just out of school, neck deep in the "what now" phase!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I moved back to the city from Detroit to finish school. I'm perpetually playing music, writing songs and articles, and feebly singing demos. Most of my time is spent performing, practicing, writing, recording, etc. What I'll be doing once I've got my degree is the current mystery to me.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Admitting when I don't know something..
Dodging the opportunity to brag about myself?
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Before or after the Half-Fro?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Music - Soul, R&B, Motown, Funk, Jazz
I can appreciate a ton of different things, but what I really love needs soul.

Books - Biographies, Science Fiction, Business
I read a lot of biographies, try to learn what I can. Many musician biographies are some pretty cautionary tales, and sometimes they're a way to see how successful people got there. I try to read as much as I can about the business side of creativity as well. For fun I'm a Stephen King kind of guy, but I love anything with some supernatural elements to it (please no Twilight).

Movies - Bad Horror Movies, Mysteries
How can you say no to a laughable horror movie? I can get into a good murder mystery too, and I'm a sucker for a fascinating documentary.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My goals in life, what I can do to reach those goals, my family and friends.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Seeing a show, playing a show, hanging out with friends at a bar, shooting pool, or just staying in with a good book / movie / record.

Personally, I like a girl who is creative in any way. I'm fascinated by the creative process, and how people go about making their own art, whatever that art may be.
