My friends affectionately know me as Dub. I try to live and perceive life philosophically, and energetically, strive to be virtuous, and to better myself, and others I impact. I'm a conservationist, and environmentally, socially, and politically conscious.

I'm highly social, and have a great big community of wonderful friends and loved ones. I love nature, camping, organizing gatherings in the woods, and playing west african percussion. I'm enthusiastic about music, mostly blues, rock, jazz, funk, soul, and anything incorporating the like. I buy and listen to used, vintage vinyl records.

I'm not monogomous, I'm polyamorous (poly). It's meaning is different for everyone, so knowing me is important to understanding me, and the manner in which I manage my relationships. I believe in loving both platonically as well as romantically and emotionally. Emotional or sexual relationhsips are not casual for me - I prefer to develop that with people that I want to know seriously, and in a long-term, committed sense.

I have one amazing partner, and am not currently seeing anyone else significantly. I would like to though. I want to meet a like-minded person for developing intimate friendship that may lead to a more meaningful, romantically, emotionally, and sexually intimate relationship. I am basically interested in sharing myself with good people on whatever level is mutually desired, no matter what that level may be. Growth takes time.

Music: Classic Rock, Blues, Soul, Funk, Mostly anything. The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, CCR, CSNY, Robert Cray, Buddy Miles, The Meters, Dr. John, Too many to list.

Food: Mostly anything other than fish and mushrooms. And if it's not home-cooked, it's from a private establishment, not a corporation. No fast food.

Love, Respect, Trust, Understanding, Virtue, Acceptance.

Unconditional Love. The self. The pursuit of happiness. Existence. Reality. Peception. Being. Behavioral patterns. Psychological conditioning. Or selling off most of my posessions and moving to the land.
