My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Well, here goes potentially nothing or maybe something. Suppose that's up to the both of us.

I'd say I am a bit of a nerd. I really like science related stuff, but I also like music and books too. Admittedly, my life is going to be out of balance for a bit as I start my graduate school PhD program in chemistry, but I feel like the dust is settling quickly.

When I am not "slaving" away in chemistry mode I like to spend my time walking outside/on the beach and enjoying the fresh air, funny shaped clouds, sun/catching up on my vitamin D :), the sunsets, and especially sailing. Also, I may partake in people watching and making up funny stories about said subject. Unfortunately, I have not had the time to spin my tales recently.

More to come later I suppose.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
For the most part school, but I'm looking to explore the rest of the San Siego area to be antiquated with my new home. So far I have been to a few meet up groups, but the average age is around my parent's which is starting to get a bit old.

Wondering why most girls/women on this site have a more scientific personality than me. I thought I was the one in grad school for chemistry...?
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm really really good at bad jokes, especially puns, but I am even better at laughing at them. Sometimes I surprise myself. I good at trying to cheer someone up, making other people laugh, making somewhat obscure references in my jokes, procrastinating, and most importantly making a PB&J sandwich! I probably could eat PB&J sandwiches indefinitely if my body didn't need any else to live.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Not sure...but one of my friends told me my glasses are always dirty and question how I can still see; I sometimes wonder that myself.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Catcher and the Rye, Enders Game, If you give a mouse a cookie!

Shows: House MD, Scrubs, House of Cards, Friends, Breaking Bad, Arrested Development, Battle Star Galatica, Big Bang Theory, The West Wing, The Newsroom, White Collar, Daily Show

Music: I like anything but rap, metal, and dubstep.

Movies: Whatever good movie I saw last. I usually don't see a movie more than twice.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My Familly
Ice Cream
Rain (don't think I will get as much of that here in comparison to my previous home.)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My future, What to have for my next meal, Whether or not cookies and ice cream constitute as dinner, Life stuff,

It depends on my mood.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
It depends. Hanging out with friends, watching a move, or maybe drinking a few beers, but at a minimum having fun.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am a terrible liar. If I try an lie, I start smiling and laughing and that totally gives away my deception. So, if you make any effort at all, you probably will catch me.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
1: To say Hi!

2: You have a funny joke

3: Are interested in meeting up for coffee or something.

Messaging back and forth is ok, but I think the
best way to express yourself is in person. It can be an adventure for the both of us. At this point in my life, I see a bad date as mutually beneficial learning experience.
