Highly serious and professional man about town. Outgoing, fairly intelligent (I got teached good in scheul!) sarcastic, patient in traffic, good with kids, avid cyclist, taller than you,...blah blah. This is for fun....so far it's been hugely entertaining, powerfully revealing, and deeply humiliating all at once. Originally from the Bay Area.

I'm a freelance illustrator, & part time high school art teacher (my class is on the subject of comics, the highest art form), and a volunteer bike mechanic at the bike oven co-op in Highland park (Los Angeles). I graduated from art school, and I would rather be my own boss most of the time.

Running my mouth, tactfully, fixing bicycles, defending the weak and innocent, navigating public transit, driving on the freeway, rescuing the stranded, computer stuff, making artwork, writing, cooking whatever's in the fridge into a midnight snack, carrying heavy things, sympathy and humility. I'm getting good at handling teenage rebels- always have a good comeback on deck.

I read a lot of Bukowski, Phillip K. Dick, Chuck Palahniuk, Frank Herbert, Cormac Mcarthy, JLB, anything in the realm of comics, or graphic novels.

Musics I like are probably too numerous to list. More of a Beatles than an Elvis man. I'm pretty omnivorous. For movies, Sci-fi and horror are favorite genres, and italian horror and zombie stuff like Fulci and Argento. SNL Comedies, Roger Corman B-Movies, Takashi Miike, Wes Anderson stuff, Scorsese films, Werner Herzog, Sam Raimi, Jeunet, Cronenberg, Lynch, etc. Also anything stupid and awesome from the 80s. Coen Brothers maybe my favorite directors, Star Wars will always be my favorite movie.

Shows, I like too many- Just got into Homeland, Breaking Bad was great, Game of Thrones is great, Freaks & Geeks, Spaced, The Mighty Boosh, Futurama, Simpsons, 30 Rock, Chapelle's Show, The Daily Show, Parks & Rec., the IT crowd, all awesome....and on and on.
