Tall order here. Self description. How does one summarize an entire lifetime in a short essay? Well here it goes. I was married for almost 17 years. Divorced in October 2010. I am hoping to get it right this time. If I could describe some of my personality traits, I would use the following adjectives: Determined, Loyal to a fault, challenging, persistant, devoted, results driven, flexible, respectful,honorable and every much the southern gentlman.
I know what I am looking for. And, I will know when I see it. I believe in giving it all in everthing I do. That includes my personal relationships. I give 100 percent of myself in everything. And I know that is what I am asking in return. Before anyone questions what this means. I realize life happens. So 100 percent does not mean 100 percent of the time. I will leave it at that.
Finally, I am looking for that one woman that will want to devote herself to me, and me to her. I am not into games. I am not looking for just a quick hookup or FWB. I can do that if felt like being 20 or 30. One thing I know for certain, life will not stop so that you can partake in those activities. In summary, when there are more days behind us than in front of us, then it is time to step up and go for it.

I would like to thank someone who pointed out to me that this part needs revision. So here it goes. I made a drastic change in my life and I plan on making even larger change. First, the move from the only state that I have know all my life was drastic. Now, I am going to step out even further and open my own Environmental consulting firm. I consider this drastic because of the global economy. But, the timing is right and I think it is what some of the larger firms are looking at. It is time for me to start taking charge of the rest of my life. I have been an employee for 31 years of my life. It is time for me to be my own boss. Look out 2013.

I am very good at not be very good at anything. It takes years and years of practice to be as good as I am at not be very good at anything. Maybe that makes sense?
Actually, what I am good at is, thinking outside of the box. I am good with numbers and science. I am very bad at spelling, writing and grammer. I spent a fortune while in school having my reports and papers proofread and revised. So, if it appears I do not have a grasp of the English language, then you know why.

I'm tall, I got blue eyes and red hair. Well it used to be red until the grey started coming in. Yes, I am not vain. I refuse to blend the grey away. Took 45 years to get em.

Books:
Anything by Tom Clancy, Robert Ludlum and Steven King. I am also a big fan of most fiction works. I also love to read reality based fiction as well. I try to read for the entertainment value.
Movies:
Most all movies. If I had to choose a couple. The Rainmaker, Radio, Troy, Glory Road, The Hunt for Red October, Crimson Tide, The Firm, Top Gun, Star Trek, StarWars, Battleship plus so many more.
Shows:
I find that I do not watch to much TV. But when I do it is NCIS, Law and Order and CSI.
Music:
This depends on my mood and what I am doing. Examples: Working out and driving my Stang. I listen to Rock. If I am relaxing it will be soft rock or love songs. ( I like to sing to those songs) If I can find a good Country Western bar, well you can guess that one. Yes, I can do the two step. I own REAL cowboy boots and a hat. And I have been on a couple of bulls.
Food: I am a guy, I can eat most anything.

A bible, a good book, my tea maker, remote control, my phone( my entire life is on it) and a bbq grill.

When can I quit revising my profile. Have I readied myself do the dating world. Am I being true to myself. Am I being honest with those around me. Why do we feel the need to stay closed off. Am I willing to open up my personal feelings.

Uhhhhh. Duhhhhhhhhhh. If I am on here, stands to reason I am not out doing anything on Friday night. Perhaps it should read. If you had a date on Friday night, what would you do?

Hummmmmmmm. This a loaded question. What do you choose to admit to that is appropriate enough to not be banned when posted on a public site. What is a man to do. Guess best leave this question alone. Like the line from top gun, " I could tell you, but then I would have to kill you!" this is very top secret stuff. National security. Not!
