I identify as mostly hetero with strong bisexual or pansexual leanings.
My wife and I are open to serious, long-term, relationships with liberal, kind-hearted, world-minded, green-minded people who are comfortable with polyamory. Our ideal match is another poly couple who also have kids. Zafyricheilo and I have two wonderful rugrats.
I'm liberal, friendly but introverted, goofy, and I like cooking but only when I have an audience. Depending on my mood, I may not keen on cooking together; it also may depend on whether or not I'm trying something new. Of course, loving to cook and loving the results of that cooking have given me a shape that causes some to call me cuddly, teddy bear, and the like (I'm no jock and no bird-man). Once people get used to my sense of humor, they have no problem admitting that I remind them, in appearance, of Uncle Fester.
I'm more likely to get entertainment from books or the 'Net than from TVs or movies. I mostly lean towards sci-fi/fantasy, Tom Clancy-type stuff, some manga genres, and political discussions. I'm not much of a TV watcher and I'm not so much of a movie goer, but I do go to some... I contribute to OpenStreetMap. I've really started to like gaming, mostly simulation games.
I've been known to study Esperanto, Spanish, Japanese, German (long ago and no longer), and American Sign Language.
I miss my dog, Isis; my brother dog-napped her but he's given me visitation rights. ;-)
I've become addicted to bicycling. I've found that I sleep very poorly if I don't go biking several times per week. So, to give me enough time in the saddle, I ride my bike to work at least twice per week, often more frequently. (This paragraph is a little old. Since an injury, I've been mostly out of the saddle; I've been meaning to get my wheels spinning again.)
I have a goofy sense of humor. I'm a classic introvert, i.e., the kind of person that has a few close friends rather than many well-known acquaintances, but I can fake extrovert pretty well.
I'm a bit of an introvert but I can fake extrovert pretty well. I take relationships seriously; I don't bother with ones that don't seem like they'll work and focus singly on ones that seem to have potential.
One more thing: if you are so in to your religion that you doubt the scientific process, don't bother messaging me - I'm not intending to be discriminatory, I'm just trying to save your time.
... ... ...
Whoa! Did I really write that much?
OK, so, to get to know me a little better (better than this over-analyzed canned mess), message me or my wife.
I don't really trust internet communications since I can't read body language and tone of voice from text, although I do see it as a viable medium for "Howdy." Of course, I'm flexible, too, and don't mind flexing towards a longer Internet introduction, at first. I prefer to date casually, first, and get to know someone in safe public places; I would want my wife along to meet you at some point early.
