My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Interested in polyamory. Demisexual, for lack of a better descriptor. Denizen of the internet. Technophile.

Recently exited a relationship, not looking especially hard for anything right now.

I left my heart in San Francisco a couple years ago. Trying to get back there at some point and see if I can get it back.

Some days I think I'd've been better off being born an upper class eclectic British gentleman in the 19th century (though, technically, this is probably true for nearly everyone, from a historical standpoint).

I might be crazy, but the jury's been out for a really long time and maybe I ought to go check on them.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
College. Learning brevity. Contemplating. Undergoing personality changes, because self development just happens sometimes. Reading the news. Trying to remain optimistic. (Those last two may or may not be related.)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
-cats
-most things I decide I'd like to be good at, with the major exception of choreographed dancing.
(More of this to be filled out later.)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Probably my height and aesthetic choices, especially hair, usually.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Favorite book: There's a special place in my heart for dystopian British lit. Especially if it takes place in Manchester. I also enjoy literature by Vonnegut, Lovecraft, Douglas Adams, Isaac Asimov, and Kafka. Also, Vurt, by Jeff Noon is probably my all time favorite book.

Favorite movies: The Devil's Carnival, Repo! the Genetic Opera, Elvis and Annabelle, V for Vendetta, Fight Club, Warm Bodies (the only version of Romeo and Juliet I've ever liked), Sucker Punch

Favorite TV: mostly anime. Danganronpa, Mirai Nikki, and Elfen Lied are like a holy trinity. (The latter being my least favorite of the three.) Sometimes I try to watch normal people TV, it's usually satirical news shows.

Favorite music: Dresden Dolls, Emilie Autumn, Mindless Self Indulgence, Amanda Palmer, t+pazolite, Designer Drugs, Doctor Steel, Angelspit, Angerfist, Mr. B the Gentleman Rhymer, Professor Elemental, k.flay, Doctor Steel, Die Antwoord, Tom Waits, non-pop vocaloid music, She Wants Revenge.
That's mostly it. Oh, and Doctor Steel.

Favorite food: Sushi, or burritos, or curry. Or coffee. Coffee is food right?

Also, video games: I go through phases where I will play video games all the time. Right now I'm playing Minecraft. Minecraft is love. Minecraft is life.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Something to stimulate my brain, my cat, music, a creative outlet, hope, and adaptation.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How brains and minds work and if that process could be simulated or used for a basis for something better.
How to do social interactions consistently well without driving myself... More nuts.
Who I want to be.
Technology, its development, and its implications.
Transhumanism, the nonsensical nature of the gender binary, and self-inflicted human inequality.
What keeps mankind alive?
Will I evolve to rise or fall, becoming non-biological?
What makes us human?
Stuff like that.

Also memes because I live on the internet.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Finding a balance between homework, needy cats, socializing via the internet.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
The only way I could be entirely content is if a future of transhumanism leading to peace and equality of all sentient beings was assured.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
If you think I, as a person, am interesting and think that I might similarly find you interesting.
And if my viewpoints are relatable to you, and not scary.
If you think AI is going to result in world destruction and think wanting cybernetics is weird, you might want to rethink messaging me.

Also maybe message if you're looking for another person to play Minecraft with, cuz single player life is boring (especially on a dead multi-player server).
