Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
So how do you summarize yourself in a short, catchy blurb anyway?
Some things are best left to the poets I guess, but I can give the
I just graduated from Western law school this year and have moved
to the "big city" of Leamington to join a law firm downtown, which
has been good to me so far. The work has been quite varied and the
people there are extremely nice so I'm enjoying it. But I don't
really know anyone in town much yet, so I'm hoping I can meet
someone on here that I can get to know and explore the area
As for my interests, I love to read and like to cook. I write often
(sometimes even for fun!), I'm really interested in history, and I
love camping and the outdoors in general. I'm also ridiculously
into music and movies and am not too shabby at the guitar as well.
Oh, and I really love to travel. There's just so many places I
still want to see...
I guess I'm ultimately on here to find that woman who's right for
me. So what I'm really hoping for is to meet and get to know people
with similar interests to me and hopefully even find someone I can
connect with on a more meaningful level. But even if that doesn't
happen, it's still always nice meeting new friends.
P.S. I'm really only interested in dating Canadian girls. Nothing
against Americans, I just don't particularly want to have to go
through the hassle of crossing the border every time I want to go
on a date.

I read a lot of different stuff although it mainly tends to be
literature and science fiction (not that sci-fi can't be literature
of course). I tend to read more novels and, to a lesser degree,
short stories and plays than poetry (though I do like some poetry
such as Blake
So many... Too many to name, although some of my very favourite
movies (strangely) are non-narrative or close to it: The
Passion of Joan of Arc
for example. But I'm
particularly a sucker for quirky comedies like The Big Lebowski
movies, anything by Judd Apatow
, etc. I don't know, they
just really appeal to me.
I love so much music and so many different kinds of music that it's
difficult to pin down specifically. But generally I'm into rock /
pop (particularly late 60s / early 70s), jazz, folk, Brazilian
music, some classical, etc. My favourite contemporary band - if
they ever manage to release an album again :( - is probably the

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
In no particular order: 1) music (& my ipod), 2) my family, 3)
the internet, 4) movies, 5) good conversation, 6) books
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The future. Where things are going... Where things should be
going.... Why things aren't going where they should be going...
That sort of thing.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Having a drink at the local pub with some friends. Or, on a less
exciting Friday, reading a book or watching a movie at home.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Isn't private enough to make it worth admitting.
