I like good food, good wine, good music. I love New England in the fall. I've spent enough time in the south that I haven't lost the ever-so-slight southern accent and my taste for cheese grits, pulled pork, sweet tea and bourbon.
Not a typical girl in a lot of ways. I have no patience for romantic movies. I drink my martinis with gin and olives. I drive a manual transmission, I have a thing for muscle cars.
I run for exercise, and I'd rather be outdoors in zero degrees than inside on a treadmill. I like to hike - ideally with a buddy on a quiet, deserted trail (not so easy to find in New England).
At work I am very take-charge. Problem solver. Gets things done. (Currently between jobs, which does not mix well with these attributes and is hopefully a very temporary state!)
Outside of work I really like to relax. See previous re: good food, good wine, good music, getting outdoors. Work hard, play hard (for a bit) then chill. I think that's pretty much my philosophy.
