My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Well then, here are all of the intimate details of my life. On a fine spring day in 1992, I was born. Fast forward 23 years, and here we are! Got all that? Excellent. So, I'm pretty much a sarcastic butt-head, but I do my best to not be mean about it.

Okay, for real this time. I recently moved to Columbus from the Philly area for my first "real" job. I'm hoping to meet some new people, because I know absolutely zero people right now. I'm down for pretty much anything, seeing as I don't really know what the deal is around here yet. So let's change that!

I love to cook, especially for others. In college, every Thursday was pancake night, typically followed by Cards Against Humanity or some other game. Nature and I are pretty decent pals, so let's go hiking or climbing or whatever else there is to do! I do read quite a bit, so a literary chat over coffee is always dope. I'm going international adventuring again in March, so let's swap travel stories! Yeah!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I graduated with a BS in Geology, and I'm all set to start my first "big boy" job! I just moved to Columbus from the Philly area, so I'm still figuring out how to navigate the area, not get punched in the face for wearing Flyers gear, and wondering why everyone is just so darn friendly.

Oh, yeah, I'm totally not giving up my Philly accent or terminology. It's "wooder" and hoagie.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Getting lost, getting an initial impression of people, making a complete fool of myself/being goofy, using sarcasm, finding super cool rocks to show people who usually don't care, and using the Oxford comma.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
You know, I really wish I knew this one. Sometimes I get looks from people in public that could either translate to "What the hell is that guy doing," or "I like what the hell that guy is doing." I just don't know how to tell the difference.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: I love Stephen King novels, HP Lovecraft, George Orwell, the Inheritance series, science fiction, horror, apocalyptic fiction, classical literature, and philosophy.

Movies: Comedy, Horror/Thriller, Action/War, SciFi, and Westerns. Clint Eastwood is one of my favorite actors.
Quirky movies like Moonrise Kingdom will always have a special place in my ticker.

Shows: Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, Doctor Who, Sherlock, The Big Bang Theory, South Park, Monty Python's Flying Circus, Sons of Anarchy, Rick and Morty!

Music: Underground Rap & Hip-Hop, Metal, Classic Rock, Classical, Electronic, Folksy kinda stuff

Food: Pretty much anything. I absolutely love sushi!
Also, Thai food is way better when purchased from a street cart in Bangkok or Krabi. Yeah, I know, I sound like a pretentious butthole.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Glasses, watch, a good book, music, delicious food, close friends.

I'm going to bend the rules on this one and add a seventh: Tea/coffee.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Where the heck am I going? No seriously, I get lost a lot. I think i know where to turn but I really don't.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either out with friends or watching movies/reading/playing video games. It is a bit difficult to go out with people when everyone I know is 500 miles away though.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
If you ask me a question, I will answer it truthfully.

I get lost way too easily.

I talk to myself at the food store. I've gotten some pretty strange looks.

My alcohol tolerance is essentially non-existent.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You want to partake in good conversation, show me around, go adventuring, let me pet your cat or dog, find wonderful food to eat, debate the intricacies of coffee brewing, rock out to some sweet music, or just, you know, do fun, goofy stuff.

Basically, I'm trying to meet new people, and by meet, I mean meet in person. Of course those arrangements would be made when all parties involved are comfortable doing so.
