My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Life is about family and friends, there is soooooo much more enjoyment in life with quality family and friends around.

I am quite happy to be either doing things around the house and in the garden as well as relaxing catching up with family and friends.

Enjoy riding my bike along the bike paths that run into the city and along the beach from Port Melbourne.

In this day and age of "political correctness" - which drives me up the wall, it must be said that people may not be 'lazy', but just 'motivationally challenged'. Unless you are just plain lazy.

I am content, relaxed, and helpful
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Enjoying watching my two nieces grow up... now an adolescent and a teenager... going to be fun with all the knowledge of the world and they know better :-O :-D

Not much else really except the constant things in everyday life...

Have taken up bike riding, and there is a good enough bike track to the Docklands from where I live, so a good hour or so ride into the Docklands
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being me :-), well, no-one else can be me, hmm, if I had a twin maybe, but he would be him, and I me, still... confused you yet?

Not watching crap on t.v. - very few shows are worth watching these days.

Although there are good documentaries on SBS and some of the other digital chanels, interesting... learning is good and fun again.
The first things people usually notice about me

Spy novels usually. Trying to find the time to read Who I Am - Pete Townshend's autobiography.

Any movie that captivates and does not bore me for the duration, so can be quite varied and not categorized into any one particular genre.

The Simpsons, Futurama, An Idiot Abroad... there are others, but rather pointless to list everything I watch on t.v.
In the past -> Life on Mars, (U.K. version) and follow up Ashes to Ashes.
I do not watch the reality t.v. shows, I find them really annoying.

I am getting a laugh out of GoT... just started watching. Tyrion is the best, has all the funny lines.

Penn and Teller.

A lot of music, pretty much anything except the doof-doof shite.

Thai, Chinese, a great chicken parmigiana.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Sleep; a job; family; my sanity; music, and; my integrity
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Hmm, I try not to think, but act on instinct... if you know my humour, I am taking the piss... which leads on to this rant...

Why DUMB, STUPID people think that 2010 is the start of a new decade - 2011 is the start of the new decade, as 2001 was the start of the new millennium. We are IN the 2010th year of the calendar, read it carefully now, it is an ordinal number... the year is not over yet, Q.E.D., not a new decade.... end of rant.

But honestly, I do not spend a lot of time thinking about who does not know when the new decade / millennium starts.

Why this country - who follow the mentally slow folks of the 'home of the free' - has not followed the E.U. and ban, (since 2007), the use of the term 'superfood'. I am sick of hearing such $h!t describing food.

Why do we need to have a chlorophyll supplement??? I am not part of the plant kingdom, I do not photosynthesize - a rather complex process which creates sugar and oxygen from carbon dioxide and water. A process which reverses at night, yes, all those plants in your house are releasing water vapour and carbon dioxide back into your house. If it is for a source of magnesium, well, eat your damn greens, avocados, bananas etc.

Why people love the crap from 'boosting juice' companies... argh, more marketing / media $h!t. The 'pulp' left behind from your old food blender, the bit that does not go through the strainer, it is your fibre! If our teeth and the mastication process was to produce such a liquid juice - which has no fibre - then... well, you should be able to work it out. Chewing your meat, fruit and vegetables is just fine for obtaining your fibre, vitamins, minerals etc, etc.

Why stupid people meander along looking at their phone and not paying attention to where they are walking.

Why multiple rude people walk in a line square to the footpath, blocking it for everyone else coming the other way. Same goes for people hovering around restaurants, preventing pedestrians from getting through. You are not the only person to use the footpath, share the farking thing.

Why people are hung up on the use of "there, "their" and "they're", and yet, cannot use the words "fewer" and "less" correctly in a sentence, even Stannis Baratheon can get it right... :-D

Hmm, don't get me started on those NAB ads either... "Fewer fees..." you phark-wits.

Too many people take life way too seriously... time and place for me... my family take precedence over anything else.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Getting ready for the the housework of the weekend :-(
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
It was like that when I got there. It is hard to convey humour in a written form, and usually harder to interpret when you do not know a person :-)

That I am here... and have never watched: australian idol; master chef; any derivative of that 'block' shite, or other renovation show, or; dancing with the stars, and proud of that fact!

Nor have I seen Titanic - I know what happens... it will not come as a shock to me when it sinks.

Flavour of the month music wise is dIRE sTRAITS, with a bit of Mellencamp thrown in.

Have read Samuel Taylor Coleridge's poem The Rime of the Ancient Mariner, and Iron Maiden's summary, of the same name, ("a song in three parts"), is a great summary in a musical form - And the moral of this story is: This is what not to do if your bird shits on you... THE RIME OF THE ANCIENT MARINER!!
