Moved to NYC after finishing my graduate degree. Really enjoying
exploring the city and all it has to offer. Into theatre, sports,
reading, and politics.
What I’m doing with my life
In terms of my job, I'm a manager for the city's department of education. In my free time, I am enjoying all that the city has to offer and spending time with my friends.
I’m really good at
Trying new things and meeting new people. Finding great food is a
passion and something I do with my friends weekly. I am also an
avid traveler and want to visit new places in the near future.
The first things people usually notice about me
Probably my smile, assuming they're looking at my face.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Too many books to name, but a few: The Art of Fielding, The Signal and The Noise, The Giver, and Revolutionary Road.
Shows: The Wire, Sopranos, West Wing, and Louie.
Music: Taste is all over the place, blues, pop, classical, etc.
Food: Italian and Sushi are favorites, but willing to try almost anything.
The six things I could never do without
Books, iPhone, NYTimes subscription, theatre, my Mac, and showers.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Things I want to accomplish both soon and further away. I enjoy
taking things off my checklist; get a sick satisfaction from it
On a typical Friday night I am
With good friends at dinner or at one of our places relaxing and
having a good meal/discussion.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Is that per a recommendation from a friend I may have read the
Twilight series. But I did not see the movies!
You should message me if
You think my previous responses sounded interesting, you are
looking to meet new people, are a good person yourself, or just
wanted to see if I was more/less interesting than my answers made
