My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
First off, because a good chunk of you are probably wondering, it's "I have made myself" in Latin.

I'm a bit of a conundrum, I realize. I've got a lot of tattoos and I love mosh pits, but I teach tiny children English and love every bit of it, even the dorky argyle sweaters. I look like what pretty much every guy seems to want to imagine that girls will look like, but I generally experience myself as not being all that much of a girl at all. I guess I'm one of those people you kind of have to meet in person to really understand.

Because I can't think of anything else to satisfy the word count at the moment, have two of my favourite poems of all time:

i like my body when it is with your
body. It is so quite new a thing.
Muscles better and nerves more.
i like your body. i like what it does,
i like its hows. i like to feel the spine
of your body and its bones, and the trembling
-firm-smooth ness and which i will
again and again and again
kiss, i like kissing this and that of you,
i like, slowly stroking the, shocking fuzz
of your electric fur, and what-is-it comes
over parting flesh… And eyes big love-crumbs,

and possibly i like the thrill

of under me you so quite new
(e.e. cummings)

She walks in beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes and starry skies,
And all that's best of dark and bright
Meets in her aspect and her eyes;
Thus mellow'd to that tender light
Which Heaven to gaudy day denies.

One shade the more, one ray the less,
Had half impair'd the nameless grace
Which waves in every raven tress
Or softly lightens o'er her face,
Where thoughts serenely sweet express
How pure, how dear their dwelling-place.

And on that cheek and o'er that brow
So soft, so calm, yet eloquent,
The smiles that win, the tints that glow,
But tell of days in goodness spent,—
A mind at peace with all below,
A heart whose love is innocent.
(George Gordon, Lord Byron)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Teaching in Seoul. Reading naughty books about vampires. Playing World of Warcraft. Stuff.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Standardized tests, reading books, identifying musical influences in pop music, failing miserably at flirting.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I'm tall, loud, and (unless I'm wearing very conservative clothing) covered in tattoos.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
In an attempt at minimalism, I will (for the moment, at least) reduce these categories to my desert island favourite in each category:

Book: Robin McKinley's The Hero and the Crown
Movie: The Fifth Element
TV Show: Angel
Music: Linkin Park
Food: 수제비
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Secular Humanism
2. Music
3. Human Interaction
4. Someone to cuddle with
5. Lip balm
6. Hope
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Cuddling with a really attractive guy. And doing other things with the same. A girl has needs.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either curled up on my couch with my cat reading books on my Kindle (I've read... 61 so far this year) or playing video games on my ridiculously overpowered desktop computer, possibly with ill advised soju.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You play an instrument, you like talking about culture, you enjoy dancing. Mostly I just like talking to people, though. If you're not creepy and make an effort to engage with me, rather than blindly messaging me profile-unseen, I'll probably reply. :)
