for lunch today...I know how to live

a few days ago I saw a mouse in my apartment.  it was under my fridge and would start to make a dash for it somewhere who knows where but would see me and run back under the fridge.  it finally made it out and then I had to get ready for work wondering if I was going to step on a mouse when I got out of the shower.  I called the maintenance person and he put a mouse trap under a cabinet I had.  I myself bought an electronic mouse repeller thinking maybe I could keep it away that way and not have to deal with a dead mouse but no such luck.  5 in the morning there comes that dreaded snapping sound but I saw yet another one so I looked online and found they dont like pepperment oil so now my apartment smells like pepperment and I havent seen another mouse or had to hear that awful snapping sound.  I can now put my broom away which I carried around with me like a magical mouse repelling staff and I can go barefoot again.

oh no that is lyrics to a song.  actually last night I dreamt I was lost in a city late at night.  I had to get home, I had to be up early for work but I just couldnt find my way back home.  I very much dislike dreams like that.  I always wake up feeling so drained, good thing it is friday. 

isnt Sasuke on DVD so I can put it in my netflix queue?
