i'm a recent graduate of florida state university (woo! go NOLES!!). i just finished earning my b.s. in biology. i'm pretty easy going most of the time.
i do the usual stuff; watch tv, hangout with my friends, go to movies, chat online...whatever. i'm pretty shy at first, but once i get to know people and become comfortable with them the shyness goes away..it usually doesn't take too long:-P. i joined this site mostly for the tests...i'm a test junkie and i was kinda curious about what goes on on these so-called "dating sites". i also thought it would be cool to possibly meet some new folks.

i wanna be a research scientist when i grow up:-). right now, i'm working on finding a real, grown up job. the smoothie hut isn't going to cut it now that i have a degree..haha. the plan is to eventually go on to grad school and work on earning my MS and PhD, but i'm taking some time off from school right now. i want to go into the marine sciences. i'm thinking marine zoology. once i'm finished with all my schooling, i don't really know what i'll be doing. ideally, i think i would like to spend most of my time out in the field doing research. that's still a long way off though, so who knows what i'll wind up doing...

i'm not much of a reader. while i was in school, i didn't really have much time to read for fun. i pretty much just read what i had to for class. i guess i should start reading more now that i'm done with school. i did, however, get to read the harry potter books. i liked them. i've also been known to occasionally read a magazine. usually something like national geographic or popular science or something equally as nerdy:-P

as far as movies go, i'm really not picky. i'll watch pretty much anything...except horror movies. i'm a complete and total pansy.

i LOVE the beatles, they're my favorite band ever. some of my other favorite bands are the doors, the who, led zepplin, queen, maroon 5, tom petty, the red hot chili peppers, the ramones, the eagles, and ac/dc. if you couldn't tell, i love classic rock. it's pretty much what i listen to. well, classic rock with some 80's, 90's, country, and a little pop mixed in:-).

my friends, family, sense of humor, my rocky...he's my little buddy:-), music, and good conversation

my mind tends to wander quite a bit, just kind of jumping from one thing to another. usually i think about random stuff. nothing in particular.

well..if i don't have work then it really depends on what i feel like. sometimes i spend my friday night in, watching tv and just kinda vegging out. other times i'll go out and do something. maybe catch a movie or go have some coffee with some friends, something low key. occasionally i'll go to a house party or a bar...i'm really not that much of a partier. it's fun to do once in a while though.

well...if i told you then it wouldn't be a secret anymore, now would it?:-P
