My self-summary Propose an edit

I am (nearly against my tough-girl will) very much smitten with someone and don't currently wish to be romantic or sexual with anyone else. But please feel free to message me if you want a nice new friend.

each of these paragraphs used to begin with the letter i but now i have changed all that with this sentence! i change drastically from day to day. i like to be social with weirdos who are really sweet and have discerning taste in music. if you are reclusive, loudmouthed, poetic, artistic, emotional, sentimental, moody, curious or a character of some other sort, we may get along. i tend to trust okcupid's rating system because it has brought me much happiness!

I am polyamorous, which means that I actually fall in love with people, not that I sleep with everyone. I love a number of people, in a number of ways, and that does not detract from how much i love you.

i care about natural cleaning products, eating healthy most of the time and saving the planet. i'm a movie nerd and i want to talk to people who think deeply about film. on last.fm i'm brandierae. i'm not a vegan or vegetarian but i have a strict hypoglycemic diet combined with allergies that hinders my eating choices; therefore i eat a lot of vegan stir-fries. i attempt to shop local, organic and independent. if i am going shopping, i bring my own bag and encourage others to do the same.

i alternate between being awesomely brazen and rather shy. most people can't believe i am ever shy, but others can't believe i would ever swear. i am a nice person for sure, but if someone is an ass, i may need to stop myself from scrounging around for something to throw at him or her.

i'm learning to type dvorak. i want to throw you a tea party. you should come with me to the beach and eat fruit while the lake settles endlessly and i can read you something profound or silly and you can tell me stories about the strange things that happen in this world. i am feeling poetic today.

i hang out with aliennavigation a lot. you should message him and meet his awesome cats and draw on his walls. abookery is one of my best friends, a veritable rainbow of tolerance, and is my wonderful roommate! When MaoTseDan is in town, we are inseparable. I am smitten, absolutely ess em eye tee tee ee en with LoveWarpStain. He could not be more lovely.

singing you a song. queuing more movies, though i think they stop you at 500. wasting it on the internettes. serving gourmet vegan fare and coffee in exchange for money. figuring out my dietary restrictions and becoming healthier. unpacking and decorating my new apartment. sharing and getting inspired and being emphatic and empathic and loving wordplay and other kinds of play.

Abookery thought I was more traditional. My boss though I had a bad attitude until she realized I'm just hopelessly and harmlessly sarcastic. Liam thought I was a hippie. Most people love my hair. My mother thinks my smile is my best aspect. My father once said I should get dermabrasion to remove my birthmarks. I am constantly, happily amazed at how different people are than my first impression of them. I usually feel that way when someone is walking off a stage. Maybe if I just imagine that everyone is secretly fabulously talented, my world will be a better place.
