I consider myself an open-minded, free-thinking, self-discovering individual who likes science and lit, video games and sports, and cats. Don't forget the cats. I've a career I love and am comfortable in the life I have. At this point in my life, I'm really looking for an individual who is happy and stable in their life, and looking for someone to join them in shared experiences and activities.
I'm an INFJ if it matters to you.
I've an interest in traveling to places that have things I'd never see in DC. I went to Phoenix mid-December 2012 and just got back from Orlando in early April. Would love to visit Alaska, Russia or Ireland sometime too. If you're an avid traveler, I'd love some tips/tricks/secrets of yours. Seeing new places is exciting.
In the interest of full disclosure, I was born with a mild form of a disability called cerebral palsy, which requires me to use crutches to walk. Most of my life has been spent learning to adapt and grow my independence in spite of the challenges CP throws at me, so I tend to be very proud of having built a life where I live on my own, work my 40 (or more!) a week at a job I love. Don't take it personally if I insist on opening my own doors. Especially don't be shy of asking about it. I prefer to educate instead of pretend it doesn't exist. It's a part of who I am and anyone I date has to be ready to accept that yes, sometimes creative problem solving will be required in our outings!
