My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a gamer, a baker, a kitty enthusiast, a beer geek, a runner, a steering wheel rockstar, a brony, and a horrible trivia teammate (unless the category is "Weird Al lyrics").

You could accurately classify me as an extroverted introvert. My friends would all confirm I'm a bit of a goofball, and would tell you I'm basically Chandler from Friends. I'm that guy who's unabashedly singing his lungs out at the stop light, that guy who stops to pet your fat pug on the street, that guy who, without thinking, just quoted Galaxy Quest on a first date.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
For Funsies:
I spend my free time gaming with my friends, baking cookies for my friends, eating said cookies, adventuring around Seattle, and relaxing with my kitty after all that has worn me out.

This past year I've become increasingly interested in tabletop gaming, so I tend to bring board games everywhere just in case. I recently picked up Dungeons & Dragons again, now that 5th Edition is out. I gravitate toward boisterous dwarves with war hammers, alliterative names, and a love for strong ale.

For Worksies:
I've been working in video games for the past 6 years, and right now I'm a quality assurance tester at a small game studio in Bellevue. Basically it means I get to play video games for a living (kind of). ;D

That said, I'm actually in the middle of a career change. I've decided to try a path that's a bit closer to my heart (and stomach), so I'm taking the first steps to becoming a baker! It's been my favorite life-long hobby, and I'm finally ready to try it out full time. I'm very nervouscited about the transition.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
As mentioned, I do a fair amount of baking for my friends and coworkers. All my teeth are sweet teeth, so I tend to make desserty things like cookies, pies, doughnuts, and brownies. If we hit it off, expect that I will shower you in sugar.

I've been told I'm a really good listener, cliche though that sounds. I'm not the best storyteller ever, but I genuinely love sitting back and hearing people talk about their day, their interests, or that one time at band camp.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
● Inside jokes with my younger brother.
● Always knowing where my towel's at.
● The aroma of fresh waffle cones.
● Waking up ridiculously early.
● Kitties as fat as Pusheen.
● Lists (srsly, I <3 them).
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
● Playing Cards Against Humanity like a motherfucking sorcerer.
● Karaokeing with the fist-clenching intensity of an 80's ballad.
● Working through my never-ending Steam backlog.
● Seeking new beers and rating them for posterity.
● Watching Star Trek with my brother and kitty.
