Random. My friends and family call me the gypsy. Although I would love to be one, it would be too stressful not having a permanent home. These days I get my gypsy fix through traveling for work.

Having a story to tell at the end of my day is very important. It keeps life interesting. Sometimes it's just a bird on the L who warms his wings before getting off at his stop. Other times it's more involved with the random people I meet. Drama is not something I seek. Occasionally I will mark them with a tattoo (I have two.) just in case I get dementia.

Listening to music, NPR, and POTUS on XM radio is what you'll find me doing, when I'm not reading non/fiction and The New Yorker, working out, or hanging out with friends.

I've spent the last two years getting rid of stuff I that is not essential to living. Prefer minimalist living, especially since I will be starting grad school in a couple months. A cluttered space = A cluttered mind.

I am really good at understanding people and thinking.

Politics...more specifically how the government would work if it focused purely on the needs of people and less on personal gain. When I'm not thinking about that I'm thinking how to describe a beautifully, hilarious moment into a one sentence status update. Then I think how ridiculous it is that I once wanted to write a 400 page anthology of all those beautiful moments, and now it's been reduced to a short quip...unless I'm rushing to keep up with my sometimes hectic schedule.

Depending on the week, I will either have a massage, pick up some food and watch a movie, or I'll go out for drinks with friends and check out a local band.

I want to have a garden someday...then again I'd have to have a yard, meaning apartment-living would not exist....hmmmmm...
