Are you, like me, a little skeptical of online dating? Well, I find I'm just not meeting new and interesting people on my own...so, here I am...and look, so are you. :)

I guess I’d have to say my tendency toward shyness is another reason why I’m here. Though, I am a little odd in that most people only realize that I’m shy once they get to know me. I’m not really sure what that means or says about me. I guess sometimes my shyness is apparent, while other times I seem like a total extrovert. It's just that I tend to use humor when in uncomfortable situations (and, when in more comfortable situations, I tend to get even wittier - LOL). I love nothing more than being able to cheer someone up when they’re having a crappy day. I’d say my ability to find humor in just about any situation is what keeps me looking, feeling and acting young. My credo is truly exemplified by the bumper sticker that reads, "Mean people suck." Although, my actual favorite may be "Rowing: 8 burly men and their tiny cox" as it makes me chuckle every time.

Not specific enough for ya? Okay...well, I’m fit and firm (and can gladly forward pictures of my buff bod if that's your thing - lol), but not necessarily a gym rat. I am very honest, yet easy-going and considerate. I generally eat healthy, but still enjoy juicy burgers, sweet potato fries, Alfredo-soaked pasta, pizza (with a wide variety of toppings) and most all kinds of dessert, which makes for a great reward after a long workout or run. More?!! Alright...I truly believe variety is the best approach to all things in life. I’m always up for a road trip or a game of tennis (or even word/card/trivia games or darts/pool with friends) and would love to learn to golf. I have a passion for sports, but I’m also big on movie/TV/music references as well as many forms of art and artistic endeavors. I admit that I still laugh at Seinfeld, Monty Python, the Far Side and Calvin & Hobbes. I believe that alcohol brings out a person's true colors and therefore I steer clear of angry and/or miserable drunks, while gravitating toward, happy, easy-going and positive-minded folks. And, you might appreciate the fact that I give great massages. ;)

Now, as for my match, simply be sweet, smart and sexy and share a half dozen or so of the fore-mentioned eclectic interests and I’d be one happy guy. If, in addition to having some common interests above, you also play tennis and love spooning (but not on the court, the asphalt is very uncomfortable), then I'd be so happy that you might witness me actually pinching myself. If, by some incredibly-serendipitous stroke of good fortune that I have not yet been witness to in my life, you also receive joy from cookie dipping, guffaws from the Family Guy and like keeping yourself fit and firm...well, I might just let YOU pinch me. ;)
