Have any of you guys seen him?
He's tall, dark, and handsome. He's HAPPY with his life MOST of the time. He's handy as all get out, and he's funny as fuch. He's stinkin' adorable, and if it happens to be you that's reading this, then by all means, do be in touch.
A little bit about me?
I live here in Ann Arbor. I was born and raised between Alaska and Washington state, and I've lived on the west coast as well as the east coast. I spent a misguided, ultra beautiful, hippy-dippy year on Kaua'i, and I've been living the midwestern dream for over 10 years now. I like it here.
So...I don't enjoy writing self-summaries, but I do enjoy reading them. In this next paragraph, I will reveal to you my quick wit, charming demeanor, and profound intelligence. I also feel compelled to let you know that I'm basically a happy woman who has learned to enjoy the single life for a good while now. I get sh*t done, and I usually get it done pretty darn well.
I grow a beautiful, organic vegetable garden. I keep a beautiful and ultra cozy little home, and I enjoy farmer's markets, swimming in lakes and oceans, yoga, west african dance, fruit trees, my bike, singing, painting, drawing, and pretty much all of the domestic arts. I love community, sunshine, bike rides, family, hikes, flowers, floating in bodies of water both large and small, traveling, going out, and being in.
Music is important to me. It can turn any day around, and I love to rock out to all kinds of stuff. I can get into pretty much anything, but I love flamenco guitar, bluegrass, reggae, folky stuff, hip hop, and on and on and on. One of my stupid human tricks is my ability to remember the lyrics to pretty much everything. In another life, I'm pretty sure I was the lead singer of a rocking band.
I love NPR. This American Life. The Splendid Table. Good times.
I love me some wholesome food. Do you? I try to eat a local and mostly organic diet. I don't eat a lot of meat, but I'm not quite a vegetarian either. I love to cook traditional foods and I strive to be as good of a cook as my dear abuelita (grandmother).
You have a fantastic beard, and you promise you always will.
You want to help me weed my garden.
You are a lover.
You're a little weird.
Bonus points if you love alpacas.
