My self-summary
I am fuckingenderqueer.

My heart is sewn on my sleeve.

I'm fiercely loyal, and will do just about anything for the people I care about.

I point on my hand when I tell people where I'm from.

I travel the world when I can.

Extrovert. Extrovert. Extrovert. With introverted tendencies.

Things I like: Bell's (Oberon and Winter White are my favorite), conservation, garlic hummus, feminism, gender bending, skiing, snowboarding, femmes, tv on the internet, cold weather, abortion, Rachel Maddow, being outdoors, queer people, DKR, NPR, PBS, IALAC, BROLO.

Things I don't particularly like: tofu, red wine (but I'll buy you a glass/bottle), when the bottom of your pant legs get wet and then you need to take your shoes off, sinus infections, gender binaries, consumerism, hot and humid weather, mindless spending, super spicy food.
What I’m doing with my life
I am a pre-k teacher at a public charter school. I basically repeat the same directions over and over again: "crisscross applesauce, crisscross applesauce, hands in your lap, it's a little deal, sit down, hands in your lap, freeze, sit down, crisscross applesauce, it's a little deal." You get the picture.

But my job is awesome because I get to hear gems like this: "Mr. Thomas, butterscotch tastes like butter and like scotch." I win.

I have a not-so-sectret life as a drag king.
I’m really good at
Working with my hands.
Paying attention to details.
Forgetting said details.
Making people laugh.
Cutting my hair.
Teaching.
Starting fires (in fire pits, not buildings).
Projecting my voice.
Traveling.
Packing.
Watching documentaries.
Navigating.
Thinking about and doing things for other people.
Being responsible with money.
The first things people usually notice about me
My eyes.
My ridiculously awesome hair.
My sense of humor.
I like to travel.

The six things I could never do without
Adventure
Good company
NPR
Transportation
Learning
Laughing

And nail-clippers, but that's 7.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Gender.
Which NPR show to listen to next.
Crocs or Chacos?
Where to travel next in the cheapest way possible.
On a typical Friday night I am
Asleep.
Thinking about my upcoming drag show.
Relaxing with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
My farts smell like unicorn poop.
I’m looking for
  • Gay girls only

  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating, activity partners, casual sex
You should message me if
You're willing to initiate conversation.

You want to know which pronouns I prefer.

You know how many times I used some version of the word "travel".

You know how to use "your" and "you're" correctly; like having mindful conversations; aren't superficial, but have standards; are open-minded; identify as queer; want to meet in person for drinks or show me your favorite spot in the district.
