I'm Rachel. I'm a music major , studying voice and music education. I'm also minoring in psychology, just as an interest. I like to sing solo and in choirs, perform in shows, practice, go out to clubs and dance, enjoy nature, yoga... and many other things. I'm versatile and open-minded, and will try just about anything. I love to travel... and am hoping that my graduate school experience will end up somewhere in Europe. I'm hoping to study opera performance, and there are great schools in my area for that so I will probably apply just about everywhere.

What I’m doing with my life

So many options. This section isn't even valid for me at this point. Right now I am spending as much time practicing singing as I possibly can, while taking way too many classes... I try to always have energy and do something fun with my free time. I'm getting my Bachelors degree in 2011, and will have a teaching certificate at that point. I may need to use that right away to save money for graduate school.. but I love to teach and it is a definite path in my future, no matter when

Music... I carry so much emotional baggage and I being a musician as well as listening to music helps relieve much of this.
