My self-summary
I was brought up in Puerto Rico and have been living all over for the past ten years, seeing what different cultures and experiences have to offer.
What I’m doing with my life
Three months ago, I started working on a program based on contemplative practices for humanitarian aid workers experiencing burnout. So far, so good --- it's the first time that my career blends my interests in global mental health and contemplative science.
I’m really good at
Planning fun adventures, analyzing situations, laughing at my own jokes, cooking, and giving advice.
The first things people usually notice about me
My smile and pronounced gestures.
