I find it difficult to describe myself because I never seem to fit into any specific mold. I use to be able to identify most of the birds in North America by their song. I prefer to enjoy wild animals from a distance than domesticated animals up close. In college I studied biology and pharmacy, but found myself unable to relate to any aspect of our healthcare system and being involved in scientific research or academia as a career unfortunately is not ideal with the way our economy is currently structured.
Politically, I try to look at all issues individually and not blindly take one side. I hate guns. This is by far the worst thing about the good old US of A. Clearly people cannot be trusted with guns as they serve no purpose other than to intimidate and harm. I don't understand why abortion is a women's issue. Isn't the father just as responsible for the child legally after it is born? One would think men would be more pro choice than woman. I hate the way food subsidies are partitioned. We seem to be only subsidizing things that make us fat and unhealthy. I believe that access to food should be a human right, but only healthy foods. No meat, dairy, or sugar.
