My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My life is a healthy balance between brain power and happy hour. Generally speaking I try do the most awesome thing I can think of at any given moment, that usually entails live music, travel, trying new restaurants and bars, talking to complete strangers, picnics and BBQs, the beach, the mountains, movie theaters that serve food and alcohol, and, if I'm feeling especially awesome, bowling.

I'm in no hurry to find that special someone. In fact, I think that people who actively seek out love are just setting themselves up for disappointment. That said, my game plan is to just enjoy life to the fullest doing amazing things with awesome people, and if I happen to meet the woman of my dreams it'll be a sweet bonus!
So, with a good sense of humor and a healthy dose of realism, I cast myself into the shit show that is online dating. Please be nice.

Oh, and I found this, and I think it neatly sums up dating as a man on OKC:
It's pretty hilarious/ true
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I’m preparing to audition to be the next Calvin Klein underwear model. Wish me luck!!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making people laugh. My crowning achievement was when I did 15 minutes of stand up comedy at an open mic night in the city a few years ago and when I left the stage the MC said to me, "If this is really your first time doing this, I should just give up." In fairness, he did kinda suck and really should just give up.

I'm also amazing at Cards Against Humanity. It really is the game for horrible people. Favorite cards include "Tasteful sideboob" and "Kids with ass cancer". On my last trip to Tahoe, my friend and I spent the whole time coming up with new cards to replace some of the shitty cards, but most of them are too offensive to list here so you'll just have to ask me in person. We decided it was too soon for a Sandy Hook Elementary card, but not too soon for a Jerry Sandusky card.
The first things people usually notice about me

Well, I'm a guy, so no one ever randomly compliments me at first sight, so I'm going to use this space to tell you what I want people to notice. I have a great ass. There, I said it. Girls get to use this space to talk about their sweet boobs and shit, so I'm telling you right now, no bullshit, my ass is stellar.

Books: Freakonomics, More Sex is Safer Sex, Money Ball, Dreams from my Father. I mostly read non-fiction...I know boring...but I just prefer my fiction in the form of movies and TV (see below)

Movies: Good Will Hunting, Shawshank Redemption, The Big Lebowski, Catch Me If You Can, Armagedon, Remember the Titans, Wedding Crashers, Pulp Fiction, Dog Day Afternoon, Garden State, Scent of a Woman, Superbad, Juno, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Role Models. I pretty much love all the Judd Apatow movies.

TV: Seinfeld, Modern Family, The Wire, How I Met Your Mother, Breaking Bad, Friends, The Sopranos, Sports Center, Weeds, Californication, The Office, 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation, South Park, Family Guy, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Workaholics, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, Game of Thrones, Homeland

Music: Phoenix, Passion Pit, Vampire Weekend, The XX, MGMT, Radio Dept., Hot Chip, The Killers, The Limousines, Two Door Cinema Club, The Naked and Famous, Spoon, The Shins, Dispatch, Oasis, Sublime, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, to name a few, but lots more. Lately, been getting into house and trance a lot more. I love Adrian Lux, Armin Van Burren, Thomas Gold, Avicii, and tons of other DJs. I just went to Tomorrowland in Belgium so that was kind of life changing.

Food: I'm a pretty adventurous eater. I'll try anything and I like almost everything. Love sushi and anything with bacon on it. It's gotta be crispy bacon though, none of that soggy undercooked bullshit.

Only while I'm on OKC, and I wouldn't say a lot, but whats up with the crazy blind date feature? has anyone actually tried it? is it specifically for crazy people? someone tell me.

I shamelessly encourage my friend Pete's gambling addiction so that he keeps getting hooked up with free rooms in Vegas. He has a serious problem and I have no problem taking advantage of my defense he did win $10,000 on a slot machine last visit.

I mean, if you read this far and still need a sales pitch, I'm out of steam. Tell you what, if you're even thinking "Hey this guy seems alright", don't be afraid to message me. A confident woman is hot as hell.

Also, I hear women get taken out on dates and the guy pays for it, so if you want to pay it forward and take me on a date:
- Comedy club
- Karaoke
- Tacky Themed bars
- Smoke a bowl and talk about Game of Thrones. This one doesn't have to be a date, it can just be a Tuesday.
