I am independent, stubborn, and hilarious.
My Self-Summary
I don't really remember why I deleted my old account months ago.
Now all those quizzes I took don't count! Dammat!
So. I live downtown. My friends are my life. Summer makes me the
happiest. Read on!
What I’m doing with my life
I...don't work. I was laid off about a month and a half ago. Sucks
hard, but I'm enjoying my "mandatory summer break" and really
taking time to find a job that will make me happy with life. My
goal was to get out of KC in the next year and a half but since
life threw me this little bump (humongous crater of a "bump") that
might be pushed back a bit.
For now my daily schedule is basically: Wake up, job search for a
few hours, kill myself at the gym, lunch, job search some more, go
to the pool. It could be worse.
I’m really good at
Cooking. I'm a vegetarian and I love it but I don't expect everyone
else to love it. I live in KC for god's sake. But I am pretty bad
ass at what I make so don't knock it til you try it.
Keeping in touch with long distance friends. I made my absolute
best friends in college and the majority of them don't live close
to me. I love traveling to see them. Lack of funds is making this
harder more recently, but I manage to see them no matter
what.
Being loud. I promise me if you know me, you know this.
The first things people usually notice about me
Again, loud. Whoops. I do not apologize!
The loud thing only comes out around my real friends, usually I'm
kind of shy when I first meet someone...and this can come off as
rude. I promise I'm NOT. Get to know me and you'll be laughing...or
wanting me to STFU. Or at least tone it down to an indoor
voice.
Oh and I guess I'm pretty tall for a girl. 5'10". So you might
notice that. Extra if I'm wearing 3" heels.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Currently reading "The Unfolding of Language" and "Naked Lunch."

Vegas, Little Miss Sunshine, Tommy Boy, Paris je t'Aime and

The six things I could never do without
Friends, sunshine, my BlackBerry, yoga, traveling to see said
friends, great music
I spend a lot of time thinking about
When the F my life is going to get back to normal (re: when the F
I'm going to be employed again). What I'm going to make for dinner
tonight. When I should go to the gym that day. Is it sunny out? Can
I make time to lay out at the pool? What new restaurant I should
try this weekend. What grand adventure I'm scheming up next.
On a typical Friday night I am
Having fabulous dinner and drinks and causing chaos with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I can't really imagine anything (respectable, I'm a goddamn LADY,
ya jerks!) I'd be afraid to talk about
You should message me if
You're not a creep. You're not awkward. You like Mr. Barry Obama,
just like me. You think I seem awesome. (I mean, I am.) You're
looking for someone to be silly with. You don't understand why
anyone in their right mind would be married before the age of
...say, 28. Those types of things.
