My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm working on a Master of Divinity degree; If you're not sure what that is, just ask!

I'd love to meet people for friends, dates, and maybe more, but I'm not in any hurry to be in a relationship. I am Christian and pretty serious about it, but this does not mean I am narrow-minded or bigoted. This might scare some guys away, but take a chance, get to know me.

For those that are interested in the Meyers Briggs score, I'm an ISFJ. If you're familiar with the Enneagram, I am a 4 with a 5 wing, when relaxed I lean toward 1 and when stressed I lean toward 2. Take that for what it's worth.

I'm random...There's a lot that I could write here, but it would be the typical "hang out with friends, go to movies, listen to music, eat, drink, blah, blah, blah..." who doesn't like to do those things? So, yeah...I enjoy all the regular things people like to do...

My favorite color is green, with purple and orange close behind
I think my best physical feature is my lips
I play the accordion (other instruments as well, but this is the unique one)
I'm obsessed with the song "Somewhere Over the Rainbow"
I put brown sugar and cinnamon in my coffee (tastes like a cinnamon roll)
I love to bake
I have 4 tattoos....but want more (hopefully #5 will happen this spring)
I put fruit in my water
I like walking barefoot in the grass (there's something cathartic about feeling the tickle of the blades of grass between your toes)
I don't like to drive (one of the things I love about living in a city with great public transportation)
I like my middle name more than my first (ask me why)
I could live without meat (yes, even bacon)
My favorite fruit is strawberries ( it used to be bananas, go figure)
I go to movies by myself
I love to read...just don't have the time to read for pleasure
I cry when I'm upset
I like cheese
I don't like wearing shoes, but I have about 40 pairs
I like to cook, but prefer to bake
I'm hungry almost all the time
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
For the most part, I'm studying, reading, writing, and just trying to live life to the fullest and enjoy what comes my way.

I'm also a clown. No, really, I am a legit clown. I get paid to dress up and make people laugh. If you're afraid of clowns...well...I won't dress up around you.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Whipping up a batch of homemade pancakes (I've heard they're pretty awesome! Maybe I'll make some for you). Making a loaf of homemade bread, or homemade pretzels. Putting things in alphabetical order, like my movie list below. Doing laundry, cleaning, and being domestic in general. I've been told I'm going to make someone a really great "wife" someday. Making people laugh. Sewing; I make a lot of my own clothes. I can make, and tie a bow tie.
The first things people usually notice about me

How I'm going to survive grad school. What the enigma is in Elgar's Enigma Variations. If I should hang my cardigans or fold them. How many dates must one go on before he is considered to be "seeing someone". Also, how to make a really good cup of coffee (having a Keurig helps).
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I could be staying in cooking a nice dinner for myself or a few friends, enjoying a movie, or curling up with a good book or movie and a glass of wine.

I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I love peacocks.

Oh, and I sit when I pee.

~ You know what you want. We all have baggage; don't, however, tell me you're looking to date and then a month later tell me you're not in the "right place" or that you can't date because you need to work on yourself. Working on yourself should be a lifelong process. If we are always waiting for the "right place" or the perfect person, we'll be waiting forever. Put your fear of commitment behind you. Stop looking for the next best thing and take a chance.
