My self-summary
This is a rather difficult section to complete although:

My screen name comes from a very brief shot of a character in a movie where new characters appear at regular intervals without ever seeing or returning to them again. Conspiracy a-Go-Go was too long of a name...

If you know the name of the movie, extra kudos to you.

I can be a very social animal in the right setting while at other times embracing the downright solitude of a writer when necessary. I don't like clubs or noisy restaurants. I like dive bars and whiskey. I'm not very outdoorsy or into rock-climbing. I don't own hiking boots, but I do have a pair of running shoes. I think selfies (or the word "selfie") are going to be one of those things that, in future decades, is going to be looked back upon with embarrassment along with wearing pajamas in public and a number of tech-related pastimes of which I haven't used. Or they'll be things like "instagramming in low light" or "non-selfie duckfaces" or "sleeping selfies." or "having over (insert number) friends on Facebook" or "car selfies?" or just "Facebook." The people that make those lists are elitists anyway. Humor is where I have fun, and sometimes I just think out loud for the sake of verbal intercourse.
What I’m doing with my life
Just started a new job working with youth at a nonprofit. Subsequently, I'm hoping to apply to MSW programs and then following that, apply to MFA Screenwriting Programs. I'm a late bloomer in a sense.

Writing. Taking less career risks (but hell they may have been worth it)
I’m really good at
staring at an empty screen for hours and then writing mumbo jumbo.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I should be reading more, but I would have to say the Cahiers du Cinema, Hemingway, Twain, good screenplays, technics (philosophy of technology). Being and Nothingness. Currently reading A Confederacy of Dunces.

Richard Linklater movies (The Before Trilogy is a guilty pleasure): I love his films because they all have a time element involved. Many of them take place in the span of 24 hours and are full of philosophical and strange conversations. The plots are minimal and the themes are strong. Linklater films are independent, so he usually gets to make them his way.

Paul Thomas Anderson (The Master, Boogie Knights, Magnolia): I love PTA films because the stories are original and they move with a visceral energy similar to Scorsese films. They are beautiful to watch and provide wonderful insights into characters. His films consummately angst-ridden.

Jim Jarmusch (Stranger Than Paradise, Down By Law): One of the masters of American independent cinema, Jarmusch has somehow kept his vision throughout the years.

Martin Scorsese (Goodfellas, Raging Bull, Taxi Driver): His movies are just great.

Drugstore Cowboy: A road movie about pharmaceutical junkies.

Shows: Freaks and Geeks, Parks and Recreation.

Music: Earth, Muse, Stars, Crystal Castles, Pavement, The Beatles.

Food: Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, Ethiopian, Mexican. Burgers and fries will do it for me. I'm good with most foods, but nothing for too long of a time. I'm always up for trying new things.
The six things I could never do without
A phone
A book
I'll get back to you with the other two.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How large people's television sets have become. How consumers have a fetish for compact technology and how this may backfire and be the downfall of the human workforce when robotics take over.

Also how a lot of women have rock climbing, snowboarding, wedding, and skydiving photos. I've yet to to see hunting, rodeo, golfing, or hockey photos.

How much social status matters in people's dating habits.

How much classism pervades society and how both rich and poor act out their insecurities.
On a typical Friday night I am
Having a drink meeting new people.
