My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm back to being a company man after doing the freelance hustle for a couple years. So far so good. I now juggle time between Hong Kong, Los Angeles and New York with most of my time in Hong Kong.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I had some holiday down-time early 2014: Mostly going out, catching up with friends, going to the beach, getting healthy Cali-style (NO this is not Angeleno subterfuge for losing weight at all costs), went to the Patagonias (when I have extra time and sheckles, I've been visiting South America more often). Currently, I'm working like a madman trying to get this project off the ground.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I don't know what I'm really good at, but I get destroyed in my crossfit class consistently.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Favorite Books:
Great Gatsby, Christina Ramberg and the new Daniel Kahneman. Day Of the Locust is probably the book I crack open the most. I'm reading Capital In The Twenty First Century now (it's pretty good!). Years ago, I made a resolution that if I got 1/3 of the way through a book, I'd finish it. I'm lucky I read a lot of long books back then because I'm pretty undisciplined now and don't follow that resolution anymore.

Favorite Movies:
I saw The Unknown Known, Crystal Fairy, and Under The Skin recently. All of them were good. Will Ferrell is hilarious. I like watching old movies too: there's this rare old French film called Le Corbeau which is as gritty as anything by David Fincher.

Favorite Shows:
Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Conan, The Heart She Holler (good lord I love Vernon Chatman), Louie, New Girl, Stock Market Watch. I hear Homeland is really good.

Favorite Music:
Bill Callahan is my fave now. The Band, Phil Spector, Roxy Music, Fugazi also. My friend introduced me to a band Merzbow recently. At first I thought it sounded like Joy Behar falling down the stairs but I'm starting to like it.

Favorite Food:
There is a family that makes really good Indian food take-out in the Queens Street Food Market. I eat for a quick dinner often.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
usually with friends having dinner or a drink. I go to new movies or art openings also.
