My self-summary
laughter is the best medicine. don't fret. be constructive. good taste never goes unnoticed. Don't fear the reaper.
What I’m doing with my life
I work for a real estate-related company - i live in Porter Sq. in Somerville - I have a 1000 gallon kiddie pool (its not really for kids... unless supervised...)

On the weekends i'm either going on little adventures into the city by myself or taking frequent cruises to places of interest with good friends - im also an avid weekend trip guy - love going to NYC - pretty much everyone I went to college with lives in NYC - or little trips up to Maine/Western MA (where i'm from)

I'm a music lover/player. I'm a reader as well. I enjoy reading classic novels, science fiction, new fiction, old fiction non-classics, and looking through my atlas. Watching movies with good friends is a favorite.
I’m really good at
making cheesy eggs and other foods - i have a slow-cooker which absolutely rules - I can make a great beef stew, and a chicken creole dish that will likely blow your mind
The first things people usually notice about me
im interested in all sorts of stuff, practically relaxed, and can make u laugh

Movies: Mission Impossible I, Vanilla Sky, Tommy Boy, American Beauty, Alien, Indian Jones Trilogy, Star Wars IV - VI, badass crime flicks, hitchcock

Music: loud guitar sounds, good pop melodies, tasty electronic rhythms/hooks (Pixies, Stone Roses, Radiohead, Blur, Pavement, Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, Joni Mitchell, Bert Jansch, James Taylor), Radio! : Classical New England, WGBH (89.7)
The six things I could never do without
1) Friends/Family

5) Internet
6) Musical Instruments (mainly guitar)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
lately organizing my room and making it comfy/functional, abandoned buildings, absurd/hilarious events/characters, empathy, lust, love, violence, trauma, detachment, language, figments of history, far-off vistas, music, film, foreign relations, nothing at all, loud guitar amplifiers, maintaining the child's eye as an adult while also trying to mature in useful ways, snowboarding with a t shirt on, the value of secular republics, my next slow cooker recipe, thinking about budgeting while failing miserably in action
On a typical Friday night I am
heading out to gatherings/bars in/around somerville/cambridge or heading out on a trip someplace for the weekend
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
i've forged a few numbers in my time
