My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I broke up with my girlfriend last year. We dated for five years and lived together, so that was no fun. I was born and raised in Nashville, so I know tons of people, but I quickly realized all the cute/fun girls I knew five years ago are now married with children, so I'm giving this a shot (but still extremely hesitant about it).

I'm very close with my family, my cousins are more like brothers and sisters. Most live around here and we hang out a lot. I love being an uncle and godfather and will have a little niece any minute now (guess I need to buy a shotgun to scare future gentlemen callers).

I have a sick sense of humor and love to make people laugh. I really, really, wanted to make this profile like I was some psycho, Silence of the Lambs guy (see below). I wanted to list my likes as basements, locks, and people's skin that matches my own, but then I thought I would get reported to some list and be on it for the rest of my life.

I have little experience with outdoors type stuff (raised by single Mom) but really want to get into it. Hiking, rock climbing, rafting. Just need the right guide, maybe join Team Green from lighting 100.

I have a good job, not creepy/stalky, don't play video games online with kids in different states, and just looking to meet new people.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Stalking girls online to be my next victim.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Organizing and Cleaning. I even briefly worked as a professional organizer, de-cluttering/remodeling peoples houses. Making people laugh. Bar Trivia. Gift giving.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My smile/dimples, sense of humor, or height. I'm kind of short, never bothered me, but if your looking for someone to get things off the top shelf, it ain't me babe.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books; Rock and Roll bios, just finished Eric Clapton, reading Keith Richards now, and next is Greg Allman, Also mafia books and crime novels, mainly James Elroy. I recently started re-reading the classics, Caine Mutiny, Catcher in the Rye, Great Gatsby, To Kill a Mockingbird, Huck Finn, etc.

Movies; Too many to list, but off the top of my head, Godfather, Christmas Vacation, Coming to America, Point Break, Tombstone, Love Actually, Casablanca, etc.

Shows; Sports (mainly football), Happy Endings, Modern Family, 30 Rock, Parks and Rec, The League, Walking Dead, Mad Men, Southland, True Blood, Sopranos and West Wing reruns. I miss LOST more than some of my dead relatives and think the OKCupid robot looks like the one at the end of each show.

Food; I'll eat pretty much anything and like to try new things. When I go out to restaurants, I usually tell the waiter to bring me whatever he likes best. I used to be one, and they know what's good and what sucks.

Music; I know it's a cop-out (correct spelling?), but I love all kinds. Anything on Lightning 100. I have a huge collection that I used to make friends rent out like library books. I range between Beatles, A Tribe Called Quest, James Brown, Talking Heads, MMJ, Black Keys, Miles Davis, Eric Clapton, Cake, Beastie Boys, Mos Def, Alabama Shakes, Lumineres, Otis Redding, Fiona Apple, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Radiohead, Aretha, Bonni Raitt, De La Soul, Dylan, Kanye West, Sly and the Family Stone, etc.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My dog, David Alan Dingus III (sadly I am learning to do this, but wish it wasn't the case)
2. Flip-flops
3. My family/friends
4. Sound Machine
5. The beach
6. Music
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How to break out of this jail cell. ALSO, based on what I hear from girls on this site, why in God's name are you on here? The shirtless Dbags and just down right perverts that seem to message women is frightening.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either out having drinks with friends, or staying in watching DVR with Jack Daniels.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
