I am a quirky guy, who's quick to laugh, and a perky pyromaniac.

My Self-Summary

i'm kind of an artfag, so my friends tell me. i wouldn't call myself that, but i guess that i like aesthetically pleasing things. i especially like things in interesting packages and with interesting covers.

i'm really only looking to make friends and expand my social network. i'm insanely fun--i'll warn you before hand.

What I’m doing with my life

school and work. work and school. for those who think that's a little boring, try this: i'm studying graphic design, and i eventually hope to get a phd some day in something related to art and communication. i've got a long way to go. i'm planning a few small trips for the near future: montreal (in december/january) and puerto vallarta (in march). i am also trying to amass an extensive and high-quality iTunes library. have any recommendations? i like to sketch a lot, but i'm not exactly great at it. i'm also trying to improve my photography skills.

I’m really good at

math

alternately, i'm really bad at being able to keep a straight face during poker. i smile and laugh too much when i'm doing well.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

books: philip k dick, sigmund freud, carl jung, chuck palahniuk, and christopher moore
movies: paris, je t'aime; ma vie en rose; ghostworld; darjeeling limited
music: all types, especially electronic
food: middle eastern, thai, japanese, mexican, and cuban

The six things I could never do without

(1) caffeine
(2) sugar
(3) iPod (with great music)
(4) great friends
(5) my bicycle
(6) my smile

I spend a lot of time thinking about

the aesthetic quality of just about anything...

On a typical Friday night I am

i am usually out with my friends doing something, which involves anything from eating at our favorite restaurants, watching a film, going on a short road trip to san diego or palm springs, to even drinking/dancing at a bar.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

i'm not a homebody, and laziness annoys me. well, those aren't private, but there's plenty of time tell each other secrets, right? just don't ever tell me that you killed someone. that would result in my running in the opposite direction of you. like that time...

You should message me if

...you want to make a new friend or a new enemy!
