My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Born and raised in Huntington Beach, California. I lived in New York/New Jersey for 10 years and made my way back west 11 years ago. I live and work in San Francisco.

I try to always keep an optimistic and open-minded outlook on life. I'm self-reflective and always working on improving myself.

I enjoy exercising and right now I'm focusing on Capoeira and Yoga.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
For the past 15 years, I've been a buyer of luxury goods for several different retailers. I've traveled to different corners of the US and Europe to find luxurious "things." Now, I'm back in school (MBA) and trying to figure out new ways of contributing back to society. Material wealth is not my goal, wealth of experience is.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Smiling and laughing.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
People often comment on my smile and my strong voice, so I'm thinking these are the first things people notice about me.

When I have free time, I try to read. Right now I'm in the midst of "The Count of Monte Cristo." Just finished "My Beloved World" by Sonia Sotomayor, "War & Peace" by Tolstoy, and "Waking The Buddha" by Clark Strand.

My all-time favorite books are "Long Walk to Freedom" by Nelson Mandela, "The Power of One" by Bryce Courtenay, and "Anna Karenina" by Leo Tolstoy.

To keep up with what's going on in the world, I often find myself on and

"Bridesmaids" was definitely my kind of humor, "Moneyball" piqued my curiousty about the math behind baseball and "Iron Lady" made me wonder about the insanity behind leadership. "Le Roseaux Savages."

I like all kinds of foods.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My family.
2. Good friends.
3. Creative inspiration.
4. Exercising.
5. Trader Joe's.
6. Intellectual stimulation.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
. . . what I want to accomplish in life and how I can contribute to society.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
1. Dinner with friends.
2. Resting up for the weekend.
3. Taking my dog for a walk around the neighborhood.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I like meeting new people and making new friends.
