I never know what to write in these things. I can never think of things to say about myself. Or actually, maybe it's just that there are so many awesome things about me that I don't know where to begin....Nope, it's the first one.

I graduated from UC Berkeley, though I prefer just to call it Cal (or California or the University of California, if you're not into the whole brevity thing). The reasons are two-fold. One, I'm not the biggest fan of the city of Berkeley (its citizens and government); and two, because we were the first and are still the main UC campus. Sorry to all my little brothers and sisters at all 9 other campuses, but that's just how it is. I loved going there so much I took an extra year (I double-majored, so back off, it's legit), and I would go back in a heartbeat if they'll let me into a grad program.

I am skeptical, fair, and random

Trying to walk the thin line between law and politics before deciding which side to fall on for grad school. I'll probably end up sprawled across both sides. There's just too much awesome stuff to learn!

coming up with obscure literary or historical references that are usually only funny to me; being the unwilling straight man when any of my friends tell a story; taking tests, particularly standardized ones, which is sort of a dubious talent; putting things off until the last minute, then rushing them done at the very last second...I think that's called, no wait I got it, almost done, PROCRASTINATING! yeah, that's it; quoting Eddie Izzard and Monty Python; pushing the snooze button on weekends, and the occasional weekday; saying occasional weekday when I mean nearly every weekday; learning new things

is my height. I'm never sure if it's a good or bad thing. I mean, I really like being this tall, but always being noticed for that, well, makes you start to wonder about whether people just see you as some sort of freak of nature. I'm not sure that's a good first thought for people to have. Thoughts?

I dunno, being typical? I occasionally go out, though I'm not much of a drinker. Mostly just hanging out with friends, relaxing after a long week at work.

I like the occasional 40s-50s movie musical. They're fun, upbeat, and you don't really have to think too hard.
