Hmmm.... I don't know how to write this without sounding egocentric but I am totally rad. I hate writing these things because I feel a bit contrived. I love dogs, to go on adventures, try new foods, make stuff or just about anything as long as it is intriguing/exciting/new.

I am going back to school to finish my art degree. Then I am opening an art based business. I am also in partnership with a friend in another small business. We make everything from housewares to sculpture. We sell it locally at different fairs. I am trying to move part of this online to Etsy. But most of all I am squeezing the most fun out of my life.

I love cookbooks! I love collecting , reading , being inspired by them. I also really love old cookbooks and gawk at what people use to eat. Some of my favorite cookbook are The Enchanted Broccoli Forest, Everything's Better with Bacon, Crazy About Cupcakes, and The Only Texas Cookbook.

As for regular books Rubyfruit Jungle, Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistlestop Cafe.... I can't think of any more. They are all packed awaiting my move to my bigger place.

I also collect children's books. David Shannon is only of my favorites. He does amazing illustrations! He uses painting, collage, and drawing in his illustrations. He is quite inspiring.

I love older Disney movies such as Robin Hood, Sleeping Beauty, and Swiss Family Robinson. I have lots of Muppets on tape. Hmm somemore.... Goonies, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, a Fish Called Wanda, Harry Potter, X-Men, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, and Jackass. Basically if it isn't horror I'm in.
