My self-summary
Follow this recipe:

Grab a Computer Science graduate from your pantry. Now remove the pocket protector, glasses and unkempt hair.

Add in a dash of interest in history, arts and the English language. (Museum of Natural History? Museum of Modern Art? Metropolitan Museum? I'm *there*!)

Add a pinch of personality that enjoys an intimate conversation (as opposed to having voices drowned out within a mob).

Subtract rural living (I was disillusioned by a childhood experience where I was the only child of my age within a radius of 10 miles), which leaves a big-city person.

Spice things up with the colour purple (I like this colour).

Excuse my British spelling, that's how I write, right?

Stir this concoction well.

And you get me.

Serves One.
I’m really good at
- Computers
- Listening : I can learn the lyrics to a song just by listening to it. Don't ask me to "sing" it back though - I absolutely cannot sing, though this doesn't stop me from horrible karaoke.
- Not letting a conversation die when talking to people
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books
I used to read a lot of fiction, but these days I find myself gravitating towards non-fiction.

The books I've read would probably fill the whole page, but some examples in no particular order include: Khalil Gibran, Issac Asimov, J R R Tolkien.

The book I read most recently would be Habibi, by Craig Thompson.

Shows & Movies
Given a chance, I'd jump at watching a show; and this is where you come in: Let's go watch a show together!

The same thing applies to movies as well. Let's see movies together!

Series
TED Talks. I try to see each one the day it is released.

Music
I listen to all genres of music , except for gangster rap.

Food
I love food, of all types. I do prefer my food to have a little zing to it, but I dislike heat for the sake of making the food hotter; it should add some flavour to the food.

I prefer salty to sweet unless it's chocolate. And in the event of chocolate, the darker the better!

Board Games
I enjoy board games, though I prefer cooperative games over competitive ones. Examples include: 7 wonders, Race for the Galaxy, Pandemic, Settlers of Catan; though I've played many more!
The six things I could never do without
Leaving aside the bare necessities of life such as shelter, food, water, the only things I could not do without - at the moment - would be a computer and the internet - otherwise, how would I meet you?

That's five things so far. Something's missing, isn't it? I wonder what!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
"Ain't nobody got time for that!"

So much to do, so much to see, so little time!
On a typical Friday night I am
Learning Japanese. I can write Hiragana and speak a few phrases, slowly working on writing Katakana now. :)
