Hi! My name is Frank. I am a 29 year old male. Recently graduated with my M.S. in Exercise Physiology. I currently work for the Bronx VA and Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in Spinal Cord Injury at the West Orange, NJ site. I enjoy having a good time. I'm very much diverse regarding leisure and activity time. Love hanging out with friends, catching a flick, the occasional bar scene. I love to sing(karaoke) as well as dance. I'm also a big sports fan. Love the Yankees and Giants...Enjoy going to/watching games. Besides that I enjoy exercising indoor and out. Love hiking, lifting, cardio classes. I've done pretty much everything regarding exercise. Besides that I'm an old fashion type of guy, very respectful, looking for an honest, fun, and mature female. I do not enjoy games. Movies: Where to begin...I'm all over the place...Batman Trilogy, Avengers, Spiderman I and II, Superman II: The Donner Version (Pretty much most superhero movies) Forrest Gump, Faceoff, The Rock, Click, Wedding Singer, Wedding Crashers, Hot Tub Time Machine, The Other Guys, and Space Balls
Shows: Smallville, The Shield, Vegas, Sportscenter
Music: Pretty much everything but country..And there is some country I listen to. I really like old school music like Sinatra, Dean Martin, Elvis Presley. I'd have to say I enjoy listening to Billy Joel most. Currently listen to anything that I can sing and dance to. I do like current artists as well; Eminem, Kanye (well at least there music)
Food: Italian, Chinese, Mexican...Chicken Parm is definitely my favorite dish...Love General Tso Chicken and Sushi...and there is nothing like a good steak and chicken fajita...I'm pretty diverse, I don't discriminate...Must say I'm not a big mayo fan, but I'll have a little in my tuna!

5. Hate to say it, but I feel smartphones are now an everyday necessity. My current phone has broke multiple times of late and had to use a go phone while it was being repaired. Im talking phone where you have to press the number 3 times to get to the letter c. Yeah...technology, truly the demise of society and I'm guilty of being a part of it!

Usually out and about with my friends, potentially grabbing a steak at Texas Roadhouse, maybe a movie, grabbing a drink at the bar....but before any of that, I'm getting a workout in!

I've gotten pedicures before and I'll definitely do it again...Yeah I said it....call me a metro, but when you walk around in a desert for 8 months in nothing but boots...I think its worth a shot..I took it, and fell in love! Definitely a stress reliever, for me at least!

Too be honest, I never play them, I'm usually the one getting played.
