I like living in this town, but meeting people has been surprisingly difficult. I am looking to meet interesting, open-minded and relaxed people who don't live to work. My job doesn't define me, so I think the "what do you do for a living" question is a cop-out. I'd rather know what you love doing. I love dancing, goofing off with my friends, finding new places to eat/drink and spending time with my dachshund.

I hate the cold, so I'm thrilled that it's starting to warm up and look forward to not wearing 17 layers of clothing. I am however capable of getting a chill even in 95 degree weather- it's a skill I have.

Also, I am a cookie fanatic. I love them.

Please note that I am looking to meet people *near me*. This does not mean on the same coast or even "only" 50 miles away. That's just silly. If I have to pack an overnight bag just to see you, it isn't going to work.

I'm dedicated to improvement- as a person, as a dancer, as a pet owner and friend. Trying to work smarter, not harder. Trying to learn how to freakin' cook already.

I'm a competitive latin dancer and have been dancing in one form or another all my life. It's safe to say I will continue dancing for the rest of my life as well. :)

the fact that dancers can't make it in this world unless they are willing to take their clothes off. Sad truth.

Also, how I managed to buy the cheapest, no-frills Toyota 13 years ago and the damn thing is still running. I don't want a car payment, but would really like to drive a grown-up car at some point.
