My self-summary
Selling points: smaht, kind, educated, faithful, creative, cultured, open minded.

I'm looking for long-term relationship with a man who is well-educated (my grad degrees are from UMass Boston and Harvard). I'm highly confident that I need a creative guy who isn't boring. Ideally, if you have a Master's/PhD, it will get this woman salivating down there.

On top of that, I'm searching for a man who is kind -- I come from a really nice family. For example, my grandfather (for the sheer fun of it) used to drive people to/from places if they were blind or disabled. My uncle has spent decades as a well-loved and admired psychologist. The list of kind acts my family members have done is infinite. I am looking for someone to fit into the culture of my family.

I'm hilarious, approachable, and relatable. I've played practical jokes on my favorite Harvard professor/advisor over the years, catching him off guard and giving him a good laugh. I've honed my sense of humor over the years - a cool mix of dry/clever/witty and physical farce. I laugh frequently.

I'm usually very transparent with who I am. I won't be boring and say "ask me anything" like some people do here... Instead, I'll offer it up to you.

For leisure, I love to soak up culture (i.e., art galleries/museums, botanical gardens, state parks, plays/shows, exploring ethnic differences and similarities in food/art/culture -- and more!)
What I’m doing with my life
Helping others. Social justice. I'm a therapist/clinician at a local counseling center. I help individuals, children, and families regain foothold when life becomes difficult for them. I specialize in (A) in-home therapy (house calls to people who can't or won't travel to the office) (B) therapy in an outpatient/office setting. Both are fascinating to me, and I couldn't be happier!!

I'm also an event organizer for a diverse multicultural meetup group for women in Boston.

++I'm working on improving my shape (I've a ways to go, please be kind) through kickboxing, water aerobics, walking, cycling, exercise/yoga DVDs; eating healthier

Currently reading Baron Baptiste's book, Journey into Power. Next on my list is Red Hot and Holy.
