I like London, watching good films and reading good books (but have been enjoying some real tripe lately too) going on bike trips, fantasizing about leaving my office for good.. and going to pubs. I like trying new things and going to new places and have also just discovered how wonderful the UK is!

What I’m doing with my life

I work in social housing and I'm studying at the same time. I like going on trips away (esp with my bike) and I'm trying to cycle round the coast but have so far only managed a corner of Scotland. Kept getting sidetracked by awesome views and fish and chip shops.

I’m really good at

directions, origami, listening to people, tiptoeing, making cocktails, packing light, remembering things, not putting the lids on things properly.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I love most food but really like sushi and steaks at the moment. I like trying to make sushi but it usually turns out very squished!
I go through phases with books, films and music- I went to Seville recently and have been listening to a bit of Spanish music - I like stuff that makes me want to dance or drift off to somewhere else..
For films I just like good ones where I believe the characters. So.. nothing with Adam Sandler in etc.
For books, I have to read a lot of stuff for my course so don't do much reading for fun at the moment. I am enjoying reading non-fiction at the moment- mainly about architecture and science.

The six things I could never do without

family and friends (can that be one)?, books, my bike, chocolate, fresh air and coffee.
