I'm a divorced guy, who works hard, loves free time, hates writing about himself, likes outdoor activities, but doesn't follow professional sports much. I split my time between Wall Street and Northern Fairfield County commuting to the city every day, living up north to be near the kids and enjoy the country lake front place I have found. I don't drink or smoke, did enough of that in the past to keep up with anyone, love all kinds of music and recreation. I love to travel, be a tourist, or get frendly with the locals. I've traveled many places from Turkey to Austrailia, with many stops in between, love cruising to exotic ports of call, but found there is no place better than home for many reasons. I am open to all sorts of activities from cuddling on the couch debating the history of the world to attending organized sports to camping in the woods, fishing on a lake or having a long romantic weekend in a five star resort. I have a great love of the outdoors and find that a little patch of green in the yard can be as much fun as a 20 acres in the mountains. Life's too short to pass up on anything. I've enjoyed many things but missed too much already!! I would like to find a soul mate, a friend, and lover for life; a woman to love, laugh, cry with and ponder, to advise and to listen to as an equal. Nobody knows it all. Quieter than most.

I'm not liking the filling out the profile thing, books: good mystery novels, especially Robert B. Parker / Spencer series. Movies: action films, food: hearty fair sometimes, veggie bliss other times. I don't care for liver. I like exotic foods, but so far, not crazy for curry unless someone can cook a good meal and attempt to mesmerize me with it. Actually, I have a pretty wide pallate in all the above, especially music.

My kids, something to work on, sunshine, deep thought, pants, my glasses until I can convince myself the laser is an option.
