My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.

My name is Wesley, Italian-Brazilian American, and I was in Chicago for the last seven years but happy to be back home, the great state of New Jersey. I'm a walking contradiction, which cannot be summarized by any one stereotype. I'm a feminist jockbro, who loves to debate, dance, and drink.

I never take myself too seriously, but my word and integrity are paramount. I'm a serious employee, but a silly friend. I also blog to keep my brain and my pen (metaphor) sharp. I love to occupy my mind as much as my body.

Also, I'm a recently new dog owning, car driving yogi.

Not looking for anything specific in terms of dating, but wouldn't mind making new friends, friends with benefits, serious relationship interests, or someone looking to have sex in public places for sport (gotta be honest, right?). Don't worry, I'm honest to a fault.

Cliff Notes:
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Although there are bigger plans in the future, I am currently working in college admissions as a director of admission. I eventually want to work in an under resourced high school, much like the hs in my home town.

As always, I'm getting busy living.

Update: Currently growing out my hair, both on my head and face.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making conversation, Droppin’ it like it’s Hot (dancing), talking loudly and with my hands, Not taking life too seriously and my favorite skill, making people’s face hurt from laughter.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My smile or my laugh, whichever you have the priviledge of experiencing first.

They both occur at a high frequency.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: On the Road, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (or anything else by a merry prankster), The Truly Disadvantaged, Ladies of Liberty, Villa Victoria, anything about education, and anything about people, places, or problems. I like to think; if I read enough about problems, I can solve them.

Movies: Forrest Gump, Men of Honor, Dark Knight, The Shining, Shindler's list, The Hurricane, and basically any other movie since Citizen Kane. I <3 movies
Warning: My guilty pleasure is Romantic comedies.

Shows: Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Modern Family, Boy Meets World (still searching for my Topanga), and how I met your mother.

Musc: Mostly Hip-Hop, SKA, Techno, House, Dubstep, Reggaeton, Jazz, Blues, or anything else I can dance to
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. my sister.
2. my friends
3. alarm clock setting on my phone.
4. my music
5. my perspective
6. my humble beginning
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How I'm an objective guy living in a subjective world.
more generally: politics, philosophy, faith, education, economic vs. social structures, sports, music, and friends

More recently: first date etiquette. more specifically, when am I, the women, or both of us are obligated to pay for the first date. I always offer and insist, as my mama taught me, but it's interesting how polarizing this topic is, how strongly people feel about it, and how people will say things in the date setting (either offer to split, or insist on paying it all), but mean the opposite.

Also, how to appropriately be spontaneous, interesting, yet true to myself (without committing an exorbitant amount of time writing e-mails attempting to woo the unwooable).

Lastly, all the places in my office that I'd like to have some sexcapades in.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Batman is my spirit animal.

My friends (whom are usually girls) referred to me in person, public, and the internet that I'm a "feministo", "feminist ally", and my favorite, "male feminist idol."

What can I say, my ma is pretty chill.
