My self-summary
GO SPURS GO!

I do not like the routine. I wish a day had 100 hours or more in order to have time to do anything comes to my mind. Work, study, sleep, music, cooking, friends, you name it. 24 hours are really not enough to keep up with all this.

I am geeky, demiurgic, and procrastinator.
What I’m doing with my life
I am from Venice, Italy but for university reasons (UTSA) I ended up in San Antonio, TX. Full-time working as software engineer and part-time working on a PhD. When I get home I like to release school/work stress with a loud CD DJ console mixing techno, house, trance, or just being null in a boiling jacuzzi. I enjoy playing soccer and clubbing/bar hopping when I have time and friends willing to. I am interested in programming, science and electronic equipment for digital audio like samplers, mixers, MIDI synths and music workstations. I listen to lot of music. I especially enjoy bands like Depeche Mode, Cure, New Order, Erasure. Styles like techno, trance, acid, house, underground, progressive, dub, virtual, jungle, ambient.
I’m really good at
Procrastinating--It's never too late, being late, cooking, staying up late, sleeping, stacking up magazines, solving problems, C, C#, VB, SQL, Solaris, sipping long islands/wine.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
a) The Da Vinci Code (I almost lost my job for this one) b) Fahrenheit 9/11 c) Electronic and variations d) Any food is good when I'm hungry, from greasy pizza over a laptop to lobster on a fancy restaurant table.
The six things I could never do without
This is a dynamic list..might change from time to time

- Family & Friends

- Venice Italy

- Rain

- C# integrated debugger

- Afternoon naps

- Truth about 9/11. I do not exclude a US Gov. conspiracy/involvment.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
family, friends, girls, life, software, hardware, consulting, music, MIDI, samplers, technology, math, science, wine, parallel and distributed computing, linear programming, handhelds, environment, recycling, BBQ, OOP, misteries, UFO, education, politics, that stupid unjustified war in Iraq, stock market, investments, vacation, Italy, bars, clubs, restaurants, new recipies, Italian and German cars.
On a typical Friday night I am
coding and/or late for a party...
